Discover this delightful 3-bedroom gem in Castine. With 3 queen beds and 1 futon, this welcoming house offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, AC, heating, and Wi-Fi during your stay. Three bathrooms with showers ensure everyone stays refreshed. Experience what Castine has to offer with a stay at our house. Built in 2022 by one of the Professors / Captains at Maine Maritime Academy. The home is intended as a investment property in the summer season and is available for academic year rental when the college is in session. Tastefully and fully furnished with modern heating and cooling, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi . Slightly less than a five mile drive to the village of Castine and twelve miles to of the town Bucksport.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
