Well-maintained, detached vacation home on the border between the regions of Lazio and Umbria and just a few kilometers from the small town of Castiglione in Teverina (4.5 km). The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet position in the countryside, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley to Lake Bolsena in the distance. Your vacation home is tastefully and attractively furnished, and by the pool area and on the veranda you can enjoy your meals outdoors and in the evening end the day with a good glass of wine. At your disposal are a portable barbecue and parking on the property. Also available is a Smart Tv/ Netflix (free)- Google TV. Cleaning three times a week included in the price. Upon request and payment on the spot, there is a possibility to put an extra bed in the double room and another in the hallway. Excursion tips: Orvieto with its imposing cathedral 17 km; Civita di Bagnoregio, also known as "The Dying City", 17 km; Bomarzo with its monster park 23 km; Bolsena and the beautiful Lake Bolsena with swimming 24 km; The characteristic medieval town of Todi with the charming Piazza del Popolo 34 km.

Objekt entspricht nicht den wunderschönen Fotos auf der Website! Objekt sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Ordnung und Sauberkeit nicht gegeben! Wir sind am zweiten Tag los gefahren und haben Putzutensilien besorgt! Alles klebt, Schimmel am Gummi Gefrierfach! Kein Besen, kein Staubsauger! Überall Spinnweben! Da war lange niemand am putzen! Das ganze Haus dreckig und ungepflegt! Herd defekt, Geschirrspüler defekt, Kaffeeautomat defekt! Ein Haus für vier Personen hat nur drei Kaffeetassen! Alles im und ums Haus in die Jahre gekommen! Außen, Grill verrostet!!! Nicht nutzbar! Waschmaschine, Schimmel….und selbst wenn irgendwie nutzbar keine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen! Versprochen wurde auf der Website drei Mal Reinigung pro Woche! Wir hatten in 14 Tagen folgendes Szenario, drei mal kam Tina, sie hat Müll geholt und das am Pool ausgeklopft und einen Poolroboter versenkt! Das war alles! Kein frisches Handtuch, geschweige denn Fegen, Saugen oder sonst irgendwas was den Begriff Reinigung gerecht wird! Wir haben lange überlegt, ob wir bleiben oder abreisen…..einzig der unfassbar schöne Ausblick hat uns bleiben lassen…..alles andere ist etwas, was wir für solch einen hohen Preis noch nie erlebt haben! Völlig überteuert, für so ein ungepflegtes schmutziges Objekt! Kaputte Liegen außen! Innen null Schutz vor Insekten! Und davon gibt es dort reichlich! Fazit….unfassbar teuer, für null Service und Sauberkeit! Nicht zu empfehlen! Erst nach Sanierung und Reinigung! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!
