A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. The evening meals were delicious Sicilian cuisine with fresh ingredients bought on a daily basis. Staying there was incredibly relaxing and akin to staying with friends.

A beautiful, unique property set amongst sprawling vineyards, olive trees and the majestic beauty of Mt. Etna. You simply could not ask for better hosts than Saro and Marolina! So much attention to detail in everthing from the decor of all the rooms to the meals prepared fresh daily. If you want to experience true Sicilian hospitality, then stay here!

Wat kun je niet zeggen over deze accommodatie? Het is een prachtig oude wijnboerderij, geheel gerenoveerd met alle gemakken. Het is kleinschalig, ligt in 'the middle of nowwhere' en toch ben je snel in Taormina (45 min), de Etna (natuurlijk) en de Acantara rivier. Als je bereid bent een stukje te rijden heb je veel mogelijkheden. Alles aan het verblijf klopt, ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren, prachtige kamers, zwembad om te relaxen en 's avonds kun je heerlijk Siciliaans eten (die kosten komen erover heen). Een locatie om nog eens naar terug te gaan!!
