La posizione della casa è senza dubbio meravigliosa infatti la casa si trova direttamente sul lungo mare e vicina a negozi per beni di prima necessità. Gli spazi sono adatti a ospitare 6 persone facendole stare comode. Darei forse maggiore attenzione alla pulizia ma sicuramente una casa da tenere in considerazione per alloggiare a Castiglione.L'host disponibilissimo e molto gentile.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub. Die älteren Kinder konnten alleine baden gehen oder an der Uferpromenade bummeln, der Jüngste konnte mit dem vorhandenen Spielzeug am Strand spielen. Die Lage war ideal für Familien, wenn auch sehr bewlebt

Es war unglaublich schön. Perfekte Lage, super ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Vor dem Haus gibt es reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten und man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen mit mehreren Leuten bequem essen. Die Außendusche am Haus und die Waschmaschine haben uns auch sehr geholfen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Nur der Geräuschpegel nachts durch die Partymeile am Strand und die Müllabfuhr (die mehrmals pro Nacht kommt!) ist ein wenig hoch. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage direkt am meer und sehr nah am ortskern ist natürlich genial.Logischerweise ist es dadurch abends etwas später, bis "ruhe" einkehrt.Die Küche ist wirklich vollständig und mit aktuellen Gerätschaften ausgestattet.ebrnso die möbel, auch auf der sehr einladenden Terrasse. Der autostellplatz direkt vor dwr wohnung empfanden wir ebenso perfekt.Lediglich die etwas hohe luftfeuchtigkeit -wie in solchen halb Souterrain wohnungen verbreitet-v.a. im hinteren schlafzimmer ist etwas gewöhnu gsbedürftig,aber nach 2 tagen auch kein wirkliches problem.Der checkin und out ist über die schlüsselbox sehr komfortabel und unkompliziert, als an einem tag das wlan ausfiel,war der Vermieter sofort erreichbar und hat am selben tag noch das problem lösen können!alles in allem ein herrlicher urlaub!

Wir waren schon öfters in der Wohnung und lieben sie. Sauber, super ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt - man ist gleich am Strand und im Zentrum. Der freie Strandabschnitt ist mit kleinen Kindern perfekt.

Entspannter Toskana Urlaub

Wir haben 17 wunderbare Tage in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung (6 Personen) verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt! Alles fussläufig zu erreichen: Bäcker, öffentlicher Strand, Lebensmittel, Ortskern. Alles haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Check In/Out under Kommunikation mit Herrn Dyken waren top. Anliegen wurden super schnell gelöst! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage in Castiglione

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist mit recht neuen Möbeln/ Geschirr (genügend)/ Geräten ausgestattet und sauber. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist etwas laut (Straße, Müllabfuhr). Genial ist die Lage, direkt an der Promenade.

Wunderschöne Auszeit am Meer

Wir haben einen wunderschönen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in Castiglione della Pescaia verbracht und haben die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Strand wahnsinnig genossen! Der Ort selber ist super süß und bietet viele Essens- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt! Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und die Sanitäranlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Nils hat super funktioniert, er reagierte immer schnell und hat genaue Angaben gemacht Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

ausgezeichnete Lage aber Souterrain-Wohnung mit Mängeln

Das Objekt hat eine ausgezeichnete sehr ortsnahe Lage direkt an der Promenade am Starnd. Wesentliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Fußweite. Das Objekt ist eine geräumige, modern ausgestattete aber eher dunkle, teilweise laute, Souterrainlage. Die Bäder sind alt, Abflüsse verstopft, was zu Überschwemmungen in den Badezimmern führte. Äußerst unangenehm war, dass davon auch die Toilettenspülung betroffen war. Ein komplett defekter Duschschlauch, ein defektes Bidet. Nette überdachte Terrasse, allerdings ebenfalls auf Souterrainniveau.

Sechs sorglose Tage direkt am Meer

Das Appartement liegt ideal in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Man überquert die Strandpromenade und ist sofort am Strand. Es ist groß und bietet bis zu sieben Leuten Platz, gemütlich ist es für vier bis fünf. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig. Die Lage im Parterre ermöglicht kühle Räume. Der Check-In war vollkommen unproblematisch und die Ankunft im Quartier mit eigenem Auto sehr bequem. Der Außenbereich ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum mit allen Lokalen und Geschäften. Diese Unterkunft ist ideal für wunderbare Tage direkt am Meer.

Appartement en bordure de mer, proche de toutes les commodités

Très joliment décoré, spacieux, confortable, pratique et bien agencé, l'appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble de trois étages. Une petite cour pavée le sépare de la promenade donnant directement sur la plage. Situé idéalement en bordure de plage, il est proche du centre-ville (sans être dans le centre) et voisin de nombreux petits commerces et restaurants. Ceci dit pour les avantages. L'inconvénient, selon notre appréciation, est justement la proximité avec le centre: de ce fait on entend la musique des restaurants voisins et certaines nuits peuvent être très bruyantes.
