Villa "Zen", 350 m a.s.l., detached, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 5 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, 15 km from the centre of Cortona, 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access (500 m via unmade road, mountain road, ramp). Parking on the premises. Ideal für Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden... auch unterschiedlichste Elektrogeräte. Sehr idyllische, ruhige Lage - Zufahrt anspruchsvoll, größer als VW Bus geht nicht. Schade war, dass das Grundstück nicht vollständig eingezäunt ist, mit Kleinkindern und Hund etwas anstrengend. Ein Abendessen von den Gastgebern ist sehr empfehlenswert - wir hatten einen tollen Abend bei wundervollem Essen und Wein. Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen wären wünschenswert.

Calme absolu et vue magnifique

Les propriétaires se sont montrés très accueillants et sympathiques ils nous ont offert les tomates du jardin et une bouteille d’huile de leur production. Ils nous ont recommande des adresses de restaurant très agréables. Ils peuvent fournir les capsules pour la machine à café (10€ les 50 capsules). En revanche une bouteille d’eau au frais serait très appréciable à l’arrivée sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas conseillée ! Semaine très agréable au milieu de la nature.

Herrlich gelegenes Ferienhaus in schöner Natur

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit schönem großen Pool. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die sich zuverlässig bei kleinen Problemchen um alles gekümmert haben. Gute Ausstattung im Haus, nur eine Filterkaffeemaschine haben wir etwa vermisst :) Die sehr enge Anfahrt durch eine kleine vorgelagerte Ortschaft ist für breite bzw sehr lange Fahrzeuge herausfordernd. Pool wurde jeden Morgen gut gereinigt. Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus mit guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die (weitere) Umgebung.

Dieses Haus ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Komfortabel, sauber und schön eingerichtet.Die Lage ist spitze und zusammen gefasst: sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anfahrt ist für unsichere Fahrer eine (bewältigbare) Herausforderung.

Schönes Haus in Panoramalage

Haus liegt auf kleinen Hügel mit weitem Blick in die Ebene und auf umliegende Hügel. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen mit vielen Blumen und sehr schönem Pool. Evtl. würden Fliegengitter für noch mehr Komfort sorgen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng und steil, aber zu bewältigen.
