Gut, aber....

Die Lage und Aussicht Haus 35 hervorragend. Sanitäre Anlage in die Jahre genommen, z. t. renovierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar weist, z. B. in der Küche und bei den Schlafzimmerschränken deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Fehlender Sonnenschirm (wurde auch auf Anfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt). Liegeauflagen fleckig. Positiv: Geschirr vollständig, Bettwäsche sauber. Anmerkung: wir waren vor 3 Jahren in einem Haus eine Reihe darüber ohne Beanstandungen.

Tolle Lage der Anlage mit schönem Bewuchs, fussläufig kleiner Strand erreichbar! Schöne Aussicht Negativ sind sehr spartanische Ausstattung, man muss wegen vielem nachfragen, sehr umständliches Müllmanagment!

Tolle Terrasse

Schönes Appartement mit toller Terrasse. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut. Leider hatte das Kinderschlafzimmer keine eigene Klimaanlage. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Dafür war der Blick auf das Meer super. Praktisch war, dass ein ordentlich ausgestatteter Supermarkt am Rand der Anlage liegt. Der Strand in fußläufiger Entfernung ist schön. Es gibt aber noch schönere Stände in der Umgebung.

Uns wurde ein etwas zurückvers...

Uns wurde ein etwas zurückversetzt liegendes Haus angeboten. Altes Mobiliar machte einen sehr drückenden, dunklen Eindruck. Leider kaum Meerblick (blauer Streifen war noch zu erahnen.) Wir ließen uns eine alternative Unterkunft vorschlagen. Da wir keinenAufpreis für Häuser in erster Reihe zahlen wollten, akzeptierten wir eine kleinere Wohnung, die wir heller und wenigstens mit Meerblick antrafen. Dafür, am Rand der Anlage gelegen, verlief in geringem Abstand die Küstenstraße, sodass wir ausgiebig Straßenverkehr hörten. In den Abendstunden teilweise auch Animationslärm (Lautsprecheranlage) der Nachbarhotels. Daher Ausflüge, schöne Abende in den Restaurants der Umgebung und die angrenzenden Strände sehr empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Villasimius und besonders die dortigen Strände sind wirklich eine Empfehlung. Eine tolle Küstenstraße mit herrlichem Ausblick führt dort hin.Wer etwas Außergewöhnliches erleben will, sollte einen Ausritt im Pferdestall Tanka–Village wagen; auch für Anfänger und Nicht–Reiter. Man wird mit Naturerlebnis und gigantischer Aussicht auf das Meer belohnt; dafür tut nach dem Zwei–Stunden Schrittausritt der Hintern weh.Wer auf der Küstenstraße in die andere Richtung Capo Ferrato fahren möchte, sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass nach einigen Kilometern die asphaltierte Straße endet und eine Staub–/Erdpiste mit heftigen Wellen und Löchern folgt. Nicht tiefer gelegte Kfz können es trotzdem schaffen und kommen so an schönen Buchten vorbei.
