In the district of Cala Sinzias 5 km from the centre of Costa Rei, 11 km from the centre of Villasimius, 63 km from the centre of Cagliari, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Private: small garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Via Cala Sinzias" 2 km, sandy beach "San Pietro, Cala Sinzias" 700 m. Good place, nice house, maitenance and forniture….so so

The place is very nice, the house and swimming pool are nice too. Unfortunately there’s nobody that take really care about the house (forniture a in the kitchen are very poor, many ants in the house, ….).
