Casa 3 is an architectural dream crafted from gray Sardinian granite, designed by renowned architect Vito Sonzogni. You will find a private fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi suitable for video calls, washing machine, dedicated workspace, baby bed, and highchair. The villa features a light-filled patio that harmoniously connects separate sleeping and living areas, creating a Mediterranean outdoor retreat in complete privacy.



Step outside to your private garden filled with fragrant flowers, offering expansive sea views from the elevated position. The covered terrace includes a built-in table with antique tiles and comfortable loungers. An outdoor shower and private grill complete your outdoor amenities. The property sits directly on the white sandy beach of Sant'Elmo with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling and swimming.



Shared parking is available at the property. Airport shuttle service can be arranged. Events are not permitted on the property.
