Casa 20 is located in the third row of the Villaggio Rocca Sant'Elmo on a hillside. A few steps and a short path through the maquis lead to the fine sandy dream beach. The view of the blue sea from the terrace and indoors is unbelievable. The dream bay with crystal-clear water is very close. Stairs and an idyllic path lead directly to the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling and swimming. Casa Rocca Sant'Elmo 20 has a small, flat garden despite its hillside location, making it particularly suitable for small children. By the way: to the north and south of Sant'Elmo there are many more dream beaches - and in Costa Rei, just six kilometers away, there is a colourful weekly market for locals and holidaymakers on Thursdays and Saturdays.
