Spiaggia da sogno ma casa con problemi

la casa è un ottimo contesto con spiagge vicine e molto belle, la casa purtroppo è vecchiotta e necessita assolutamente di un rinnovo...il frigo non raffredda, i fuochi funzionano a volte a volte no, la doccia perde, giardino molto secco...non è all'altezza del posto

Zum zweiten mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser Residece verbracht. Wir haben eine Wohnung mit Meerblick gebucht, Am Anreisetag erhielten wir dann die super tolle Villa Nr. 35. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön. Allein der Blick aufs Meer ist grandios! Kritik: Kühlschrank hat riesen Spalt, Ausstattung d. Küche mau. Wer bucht bitte daran denken: Gewürze, Spülmittel, Tücher, Auflagen für Gartenstühle selbst mitbringen. Traumhafter Strand!!!! Wunderschöne Anlage, Traumurlaub!

Ein sehr schöne Anlage mit kleinen Ferienhäusern. Unsere Aussicht von unserem Frühstückstisch aus, war traumhaft. Der Supermercato in der Anlage führt die nötigsten Produkte, zu annehmbaren Preisen. Lediglich die Pizzeria, entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!!

1. Urlaub auf Sardinien

Die Anlage war sehr schön. Sehr grün und mit den Steinhäuser eine wunderschöne Kulisse . Personal an der Rezeption auch sehr freundlich und Sprachen auch deutsch . Wir konnten unsere Wohnung direkt bei Ankunft beziehen . Die Wohnung an sich war sauber. Etwas altmodisch eingerichtet und man könnte einiges austauschen. Es war auch nur das nötigste vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Große Terrasse (Keine Auflagen)mit Grill . Strand in 200 m zu Fuß nicht zu empfehlen, war sehr dreckig .

einfache ältere Anlage, felsiger Strand

Kein Wlan empfang, Wlan kostenpflichtig. Sandstrand mit extrem vielen Algen, stinkt erbärmlich, viele Felsen. Abgelegene, ältere, einfach eingerichtete Anlage. Die Wohnung hatte einen großen Balkon.(Renovierungsbedürftig) Nicht nachvollziehbare sehr hohe Nebenkosten. Kur-Taxe muss bar bezahlt werden??Gereinigt wird nur oberflächlich. Kaution von € 150,-- wird nur erstattet wenn man die Wohnung geputzt übergibt. Endreinigung inkl.?? Abfall muß gelehrt sein und es darf kein Sand zu sehen sein.
