Arranged on three levels: in the main entrance there is an intercom, opening the wooden gate there is a convenient garage on the left side and on the right side the stairs for access to the inside of the house and to the upper external part of the house. The first floor of the house consists of: living room with a view of the beach and dining area (in the living room there is air conditioning), kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, pantry), bathroom (bidet, toilet, sink), room with an antechamber where there is a washing machine and a large sink, comfortable and roomy closet. Through the stairs, covered in beautiful granite and a wooden handrail, you access the mezzanine floor, where there is a double bedroom. Upper floor 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside, at the back of the house, there is an outdoor shower (water heated by the solar panel) and barbeque, terrace with table and chairs.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Potenziale poco sfruttato

La casa ha un ottimo potenziale, specialmente data la sua locazione rispetto al mare, infatti si gode di un'ottima vista dalle camere superiori (peccato l ostruzione visiva causata dall ulivo invece nel piano di sotto). Il mobilio è alquanto arretrato con cassetti difficoltosi da aprire e mobiletti traballanti. Alcune prese elettriche tendono a staccarsi dalla parete. Purtroppo la maggior parte delle zanzariere sono rotte e non permettono di arieggiare la casa in sicurezza se si hanno piccoli animali che possono scappare. L esterno della casa, vegetazione compresa, avrebbe bisogno di maggior di cura. Si nota che l impianto idraulico è usurato; la doccia tende a non svuotarsi bene e si intasa molto velocemente nonostante non vi sia presenza di sabbia o altri impedimenti (noi eravamo solo due ma la casa è predisposta per 8 persone) Noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che una tubatura in cucina si rompesse e allagasse parte del piano sottostante causando un'interruzione della disponibilità di acqua per una giornata intera, provacando non poco disagio.  La padrona di casa e/o chi ne fa le veci è stata contattata sempre telefonicamente, non abbiamo mai avuto modo di vederla, ne al momento dell ingresso ne quando abbiamo avuto l'allagamento. Non è stato fatto nulla in seguito all'inconveniente avuto. Non c'è stato nessuno che ci introducesse la casa (a parte le poche cose che ci sono state mandate per messaggio). Nota positiva riguardo a idraulico e servizio pulizia. messa

Luogo incantevole, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Mare stupendo. Casa spaziosa e ben fornita. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. L'unico inconveniente è la mancanza di climatizzazione, che può' essere utile quando fa molto caldo.

Es hat so gut wie alles gepasst.

Das Haus bietet genügend platz für eine große Familie und hat alles was man zum Wohnen braucht. Einziges Manko ist das fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Die aufgestellten Ventilatoren helfen nur bedingt bei der Hitze.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in questa casa spaziosa che si trova in ottima posizione con vista sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia di Cala Sinzias e percorrendo pochi kilometri in macchina si arriva ad altre bellissime spiagge. A un paio di kilometri si trovano il supermercato e la guardia medica (sempre utile in vacanza con i bambini...). La farmacia è a circa 8 kilometri. L'auto è necessaria. La casa è su più livelli, con molte scale, molto grande e ben attrezzata. Ampia terrazza sul retro con doccia esterna e comodo barbeque. Ringraziamo i proprietari che sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e discreti.

Sehr schönes Haus und eine wundervolle Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, man ist in wenigen Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt. Schlafen gehen und das Meeresrauschen hören einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind super nett und helfen jemanden wo sie nur können. Gerne wieder!
