Schöne Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung in einer tollen Lage in Strandnähe! | Was schade war: Keine Fliegengitter gegen Stechmücken (trotzdem hatten wir keine Probleme IM Haus). Der Gasherd kennt nur AN oder AUS. Die Dusche kann max. 2 Personen nacheinander bedienen, danach wird der Druck schwach und das Wasser kalt. Der Grill steht direkt bündig mit der Hecke - etwas gefährlich. | Man könnte auch sagen: Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber trotz allem werden wir wieder buchen.

Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse, beim frühstücken haben wir die Sonne genossen. Genügend Geschirr. Gute Bratpfannen. Gasherd. Mülltrennung haben wir nicht sofort begriffen, aber danach war nicht mehr so kompliziert. Wir müssen selbst Mull raus tragen und in bestimmten Tagen, z. B am Mo. Papier, am Di. Biomüll. Strand in vielleicht 3-4 Minuten durch angenehme Parkanlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weit weg, aber mit Auto kein Problem. Unbedingt benachbarte Strände besuchen!

Die Unterkunft war bei der Ank...

Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft top geputzt und das will was heißen, wenn ein Schwabe das sagt ;). Unterkunft ist sehr familiengerecht. Strand und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig.Einziger Kritikpunkt, daher nur bedingt empfehlenswert ist dasThema Müllentsorgung. Man benötigt 5 verschiedenfarbige Mülltonnen zur Trennung. Von der jede an einem anderen Tag geleert wird. Soweit so gut. Leider waren nur 2 Mülltonnen vorhanden. Und wenn der Müll in der falschen Tonne ist, wird diese auch nicht geleert. Auf den Hinweis an die Verwalterin, meinte diese nur, dass Sie da auch nichts machen könne und wir unseren Müll dann eben zu ihnen ins 4 km entfernte Sant Elmo fahren sollten. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich im Urlaub besseres zu tun habe wie Müll zu entsorgen. Auch bei der Abreise, sollten wir den restlichen Müll selbst entsorgen, obwohl die Verwalterin diesen mit dem Auto hätte mitnehmen können. Es lag ja sogar auf ihrem Weg, da die Verwaltung in Sant Elmo liegt, genau gegenüber den besagten Müllcontainern.

Sehr sauberes Appartement mit eigenem Zugang und Parkplatz, Strand ist 5min zu Fuss erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet.Ich würde es erneut buchen! Reisetipps: Costa Rei selbst ist nicht viel zu machen doch Villasimius ist knapp 20min emtfernt und wirklich empfehlenswert zu besichtigen sowie das Meer

Casa comoda alla spiaggia, a meno di 100 metri, completa di tutti i servizi, con climatizzatore, due camere molto spaziose ed una bella veranda con giardino dove poter grigliare alla sera. Personale d’agenzia molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è ottimale al riparo dal rumore della strada.
