I booked the Arthur Hotel as we were looking for accommodation near Maranello. That was a wise decision. My wife and I were surprised by what the hotel had to offer at a reasonable price (compared with what offered downtown Modena)...a clean and comfortable jr. suite; a great breakfast; parking, both outdoor and indoor; a personnel attentive to our needs and eager to help with recommendations, places to go, things to see in the area. Because of its location in the outskirt of Modena, we were able to visit farms producing Parmigiano Reggiano; aceterie where the Aceto Balsamico is made; etc. Of course, the hotel is also very close to the automakers plants (Ferrari, Maserati etc) and to Modena. There are many great restaurants in the area and both Claudio and Paolo, who run the hotel, can direct you to the right one, depending on your wishes and taste. Overall a great experience. Given the location, having your own car is advisable.

We have been here for 2 nights so far and have another 2 booked in to go, the staff here are accomodating and welcoming . The hotel has a breakfast fit for a king. The rooms are clean and tidy and well kept. Will book here again when on business or pleasure whichever comes next.

To be clear I did not spend a night here but attempted. While in Helsinki, I made a reservation via booking.com. There was an error on the date of reservation and this was caught immediately and went to the hotel to explain in person. I was reassured that there would be no charge. Once home, I was surprised to see that it was charged. The dispute is ongoing.

Hotel is on the main road of a small town. Plenty of free parking. Service was excellent. The hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty around the area. As I needed to get some work done the receptionist arranged a local company to deliver a pizza to reception for me to pick up. This was put onto my bill rather than having to dig out euros. The room was nice but the air conditioning was pretty hopeless. This was fixed by opening the window (how quaint !). There was a min bar in the room but no tea or coffee. Breakfast was good with fair amount of choice. Overall a nice hotel. The Ducati motorcycle in the reception was awesome.

up on entering you believe to arrive in a building of the carabinieri. the bed is ok. the badroom is dark and sad. the owners at the reception do their best to make you feel welcome. the breakfast is complete.

This is my highest rating for hotels that are not designated 5 Star and not all of them get the 5 Stars from me. Hate to tell you about this hotel because of the 6 - 8 hotels I have considered or stayed in, in this area, this should be your first choice. Its modern, its central for most reasons you would be in this area. The staff is great and been there a while. I thought one of them was the owner because how attentive he was an how hard he worked at taking care of us. They have their heating and cooling system figured out. The breakfast buffet is extra but well worth it. The internet does the job quite well. There is a gym. The rooms are quiet even near the elevator or stairs. I have been there multiple times and don't look elsewhere. Near Ferrari museum but actually has a Ferrari race simulator. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, (why would you want a hotel restaurant in the Modena area) there is a restaurant in walking distance if you want something quick. It does have a bar for that night cap. If you go there tell them you read Rocky's review because I will be back and what to hear who really pays attention to my reviews.

Recommended by local friends we stayed 2 nights. Booked a junior suite- unusual room- bed divided by a curved wall to a sitting area of 2 comfortable chairs facing a wardrobe? On top (3rd) floor next to lift which we heard arriving occasionally but we were not disturbed by people in the corridor. Breakfast was good continental style with some hot eggs- fried and omelette. Staff in breakfast room and reception are very friendly and spoke good English thankfully! Would certainly return.

Easy to find, looks good and am exceptional, friendly, welcome. Nicely fitted out and with comfortable rooms but with that greatest attribute of all, really nice, friendly and supportive staff. Every single member of staff we came into contact with wanted to add value to our stay, whether it was recommending local restaurants, places worth visiting, the right Ferrari to test drive ( I didn't) and, even, the best coffee for breakfast. Really nice people make an hotel every bit as much as the quality of the building, the surrounds, the countryside etc and this hotel has that in spades! Great value, good breakfasts (no dinners!) and a place I would most certainly go to again. Incidentally, if you stay there, the little restaurant next door provides excellent, authentic, local food. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

Hotel is very good located to visit the Ferrari museum. The hotel staff is very friendly and also very helpful in giving advice for restaurants and museums to visit and also tips about the area. They all speak perfect English so this is very good if you have an issue with the Italian language You can also buy tickets for the Ferrari museum. The reception also has a good tip to go to a private car collection nearby. The breakfast has many items to choose from. Near the hotel are not many restaurants but in Maranello you can find a lot. Rooms are perfect with a good bed and a very spacious bathroom. We had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom and it was perfect. Free wireless internet in the hotel. Parking place available at the hotel.

THE GPS WILL NOT FIND THIS HOTEL - here is the tip - put in the address VIA PIAVE - that is the road directly opposite - for some reason it's been mapped wrong. Reviews are accurate, we stayed here to be near to Maranello but not having to pay stupid tourist prices in the town and parking fees. 1. Ferrari Driving - we found a place accidentally, it was 60 euro cheaper so maybe ask at reception if there are other options besides the one they advertise. 2. Rooms - very nice, very clean, great bed, huge pillows, large towels, minibar is small and filled with drinks etc which we don't like but that's just us. 3. Wifi - it's averate, has some issues but if you are only there a few nights it's not a huge drama. 4. Parking - lots and secure. 5. Restaurants - several to choose from, hotel recommendations are excellent. You need a car to stay here. Staff are excellent, good place.
