White Extreme House offers spacious interiors designed and tastefully furnished in a modern and minimal style, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double (can become twin), 1 triple; up to 7 beds) + a sofa-bed in the living room (sleeps 2), each with private bath and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a zone bar to entertain you with an aperitif or cocktail, a comfortable lounge area equipped with Dolby Surround and a big screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, another lounge area next to the dining room and a kitchen and dining room. High quality for demanding people!
Outside the villa, a beautiful private pool surrounded by a spacious garden with Mediterranean vegetation and many, many palm trees is the perfect place to relax during the day and to celebrate and have fun in the night thanks to the colored lighting. The pool area and the garden are furnished with lounge chairs and garden furniture. A patio overlooking the pool and a solarium terrace with partial sea view are also available.
The location is ideal for visiting the archaeological site of Selinunte and its greek temple and the southern coast of Sicily, Agrigento, Sciacca (famous for its Carnival), Marsala, Mazara del Vallo ...

Incredible Villa
Crazy beautiful villa - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous. Mauro and Enzo are on hand to help with everything from booking a hire car to playing doctor (my daughter got stung by something!). The place is really well stocked with crockery/glasses etc too. Only negative is that the hotel next door plays loud (and awful) music all evening. Didn’t bother us, but if you want peace and quiet this would spoil it.

5-Star Resort in SW Sicily
About an hour's drive from the Palermo airport, nestled in a small village called Selinunte, you will find a gated 5-star resort with FANTASTIC hosts, gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces and a sparkling pool. This property is even BETTER than the pictures suggest! There are not enough words to thank the on-site owners (Enzo and Mauro) for their outstanding hospitality, generosity and kindness to us and our weekly guests for our month-long stay. Enzo is a fabulous cook and graciously treated us to a birthday feast as well as several Sicilian specialties. Mauro went out of his way every day to make sure all is well/clean and to enhance any aspect of our stay. Mauro is also a wonderful driver - to/from airports and for group wine tastings!
This 3-BR 3-BA home is simply spectacular in design, comfort and space. One week we had 7 adults and it never felt cramped. The small town of Selinunte is about a 2 km walk and is fantastic with tons of good restaurants, espresso bars, Supermercato, local beach, tourist office where Valentino will advise/arrange terrific tours, and a town filled with friendly and kind people. Also Selinunte is home to the largest archeological park in EUROPE - don't miss a guided tour!
We would give this property a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend the gorgeous White Fashion House! Grazie mille, Enzo and Mauro! We miss you!

Cadre idyllique
Un grand merci au personnel de l'agence, exceptionnellement réactifs et présents (échange en Français et Anglais). Les propriétaires sont charmants (1/2 parle très bien Français), ils sont attentionnés et fournissent de bons conseils. La villa est superbe, décorée avec soins et bon gout, la piscine (20X4) est sublime et la palmeraie exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce cadre et cet entourage. Ne pas hésitez (voiture obligatoire), nous reviendrons surement.

We hebben enorm genoten in dit mooie paradijs
In september 2019 hebben we de villa voor een week mogen huren. We verbleven met 6 personen in de villa. De zeer grote woonkamer is modern en heel mooi ingericht.
De villa heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers en een wat kleinere. Elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer. De zeer goed onderhouden tuin is in een woord geweldig! Een waar paradijs met een groot zwembad. Voldoende zonnebedden en een Ibiza stijl ingerichte eethoek/ loungehoek. Wij hebben hier enorm van genoten. Een absolute aanrader.
