The beautiful medieval town "Castelsardo" is 2 minites by car, Alghero, the airport 40 minutes, Porto Torres, the main port of the island, from where you can reach France or Italy is 25 minutes.
You will enjoy the exceptional view, comfort, kitchen and terrace. My property is ideal for families (with children) and can accommodate up to 4 people.

séjour à Lu Bagnu

Le logement est bien situé et correspond à la description faite. La communication avec l'hôte est efficace. Nous avons été déçus par la propreté du logement : les frais de ménage de 50 € pour un appartement de cette superficie implique que la propreté soit parfaite. Les ustensiles de cuisine (poêle et casseroles) sont dans un très mauvais état.

Tolle Zeit in Lu Bagnu

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön modern und gepflegt. Für 2 Personen bietet sie alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und einen tollen Ausblick mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. In Laufnähe gibt es den Strand und gute Restaurants. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Neues Apartment mit Traumblick

Von der ersten Anfrage, über Anreise, Check In und Check out war alles perfekt organisiert. Der Eigentümer war im Vorfeld immer erreichbar und zuverlässig, genauso wie die Dame von der Agentur bei der Anreise. Der Check in funktionierte kontaktlos. Das Apartment sowie das ganze Haus ist ziemlich neu und sieht sehr gut aus. Besonders gefallen hat mir die hohe schräge Decke und das moderne Badezimmer mit blauen Fliesen. Unbezahlbar ist die große Terrasse mit Meerblick, was für uns ein Muss im Sommerurlaub ist!! Wir haben dort schöne Stunden tagsüber beim Frühstück verbracht und abends konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang bewundern!! Nach hinten raus also vom Schlafzimmer aus gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem man Wäsche trocknen konnte und das war optimal, denn auf der Seite ging die Sonne schon auf und die Wäsche war schnell trocken. Auf der hinteren Seite also Bergseite war abends der Mond zu sehen. Vorne also der Sonnenuntergang und hinter der Mond, das war sehr schön! Für 4 Leute war genug Platz zu schlafen. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann und auch viel Platz für 2 Leute bot. Von der Lage war das Apartment auch optimal, da man keine kurvigen Straßen hoch fahren muss. Das Haus war praktisch im Ort. Man konnte zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Wir empfehlen Spiaggia di Ampurias. Supermärkte auch in der Nähe. Castelsardo, Costa Paradiso und Alghero sind einen Besuch wert. Shopping in Sassari. Empfehle sehr!

Tolle komfortable Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Alles da, was man alltäglich braucht. Und noch viel mehr: Seife, eine Flasche Wasser, Küchenrolle, Reinigungsmittel waren schon vorhanden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wirklich toll für den Start. Ein fester Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus ist superkomfortabel. Der Balkon hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Ort und das Meer. Abends kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort, wo es Supermärkte, Restaurants etc gibt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem PKW in die Umgebung. Die freundlichen Besitzer der Wohnung wohnen zeitweise nebenan, was sehr angenehm war. Simona war ebenfalls Ansprechpartnerin und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es draußen viele Ameisen, die wir dann auch kurz in der Wohnung hatten. Es gab aber direkt in der Wohnung ein Pulver, welches super geholfen hat. Am Eingang gestreut und belassen verhindert es weitere Ameisen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. In dem Ort findet man alles was man braucht. Wohnung war sauber hatte alles außer einen Dosenöffner. Sonst wirklich topp ausgestattet. Matratzen sind sehr hart. Das negative war das WLAN, es wurde sich zwar versucht darum zu kümmern aber es ist immer wieder ausgefallen. Was auch schade war, an einem Tag waren Wartungsarbeiten im Wasserwerk und da wurde das Wasser im ganzen Ort für 24 Stunden abgestellt. Wir haben das erst morgens gemerkt und daraufhin bekommen wir von Der Agentur nur kurz eine Info aber wir wurden auch nicht informiert das unten im Dorf jemand steht der alle mit Wasserversorgt. Das wahr sehr schade.

Alloggio confortevole

Appartamento molto carino, come da descrizione, all'ultimo piano con una splendida vista mare. Ben accessoriato, non manca nulla. Se posso dare un consiglio, servirebbe una tenda da sole in terrazza in quanto, nonostante ci sia un ombrellone, non si è riparati dal sole che arriva tutto in cucina attraverso la finestra (quando sei in casa per ripararsi bisogna tirare il tendone interno oscurante della cucina ma così non hai la possibilità di vedere il bellissimo panorama). All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da Simona, molto gentile e disponibile e si può chiamare per ogni necessità. Purtroppo c'è stato un piccolo intoppo, non dipeso dalla proprietà ma dal clima, e in casa c'erano formiche (per questo Simona ci ha portato i prodotti per eliminarle) e un nido di api nel climatizzatore...magari la prossima volta sarebbe meglio provvedere a controllare e/o disinfestare la casa prima dell'arrivo dei clienti per evitare spiacevoli sorprese. A causa di questo intoppo, ho chiesto di poter avere almeno uno sconto sul costo della biancheria che abbiamo pagato a parte come extra (€ 30 per due persone, avrei gradito almeno avere un cambio per poter cambiare le lenzuola o il salviettone da bagno, anche se in casa c'è la lavatrice non era fattibile lavarle senza avere una scorta), mi è stato concesso solo € 10 di sconto, si poteva fare di meglio. In ogni caso consiglierei l'appartamento e se dovessi ritornare a Lu Bagnu tornerei qui.

Très bon séjour

Pour notre première fois en Sardaigne nous avons apprécié la région de Lu Bagnu qui reste sauvage et authentique permettant de rayonner sur le nord de l'île . L'appartement est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Sa position en retrait de la ville le rend très calme . C'est appartement très fonctionnel et bien agencé est agréable à vivre . Très belle terrasse avec vue sur mer

Appartement neuf conforme à la description. Très belle terrasse avec une tres belle vue et un magnifique coucher de soleil (2 chaises longues serait un plus). Appartement sous le toit donc les deux appareils d'air conditionné ne sont pas de trop. Pas loin des magasins et des restaurants possible d'y aller à pied.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui reflète bien l'annonce. bien agencé très propre , diner le soir sur cette grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Nous pouvions tout faire à pied ; commerces et plage. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Simona qui parle parfaitement le français . Nous conseillons cette location sans problème .
