The flat ( Codice Identificativo Nazionale: IT090023C2000P4949) is located just behind the Ampurias beach, thanks to which Castelsardo has been awarded the Blue Flag in recent years, and confirmed again this year 2024, testifying not only to the beaches with the cleanest waters, but also with the best tourist and environmental services. Not only that, Italian paediatricians also awarded the Green Flag to this beach in 2024, as in previous years, as the most suitable seaside resort for children. Castelsardo is part of the Borghi più Belli d'Italia (Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) and in 2015, thanks to viewers' votes in the programme 'Alle falde del Kilimangiaro', it ranked third.
The flat is part of the residence, in an elegant context, called 'La Murighessa', which is located in the municipality of Castelsardo in the locality of Lu Bagnu, a few metres from the beach in a slightly elevated position with a splendid view of the Gulf of Asinara. It is a recently built flat with every comfort and is located in the centre of the hamlet, which is equipped with every service.
Thanks to a 50 sq m terrace that surrounds the flat at 180°, the flat enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the hills behind. It has a veranda that will allow you to dine outside while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Asinara and fantastic sunsets. The Residence is about 350 metres from the sea and, thanks to its central location, there is no need for transport to reach the beach or services. Nearby, in fact, there are supermarkets, shops, bars, pharmacy, etc. The Ampurias beach (Blue Flag from 2011 to 2024), which is the one shown in the photos, is the closest beach with its magnificent cliffs and white sand and is easily accessible on foot. Also available to tenants is a room/cellar for storing equipment such as sun loungers, parasols, etc., as well as four bicycles.
For those who love the sea, a canoe/kayak Zippy 1 is available free of charge, with which it is also possible to transport a child and thus visit the coves or simply sunbathe and enjoy the waves.
Both a brick barbecue and a mobile barbecue (dancook) are available on the terrace.
A small garden is also available for our guests a short distance from the flat. It is possible to take advantage of special discounts on ferries to and from Sardinia thanks to special agreements with the VIAVAI Agency in Castelsardo.

Wonderful one week break

We had a wonderful one-week stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better beachfront getaway. The apartment’s location is absolutely perfect — just a short stroll to the sea, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day from the terrace.The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The terrace truly made our vacation extra special — we spent countless hours out there enjoying the view, eating meals, and making use of the barbecue facilities. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we hope to return soon!

In dieser Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt bei der Übergabe, groß und geräumig, so dass man auch einen Tag mit mäßigem Wetter gut verbringen kann. WLAN sehr gut und stabil, es gibt einen Backofen und Mikrowelle. Parken vor dem Haus kein Problem. Summa summarum: alles bestens!

Appartement et propriétaire très agréable.

Un séjour très reposant dans une résidence calme. Situé au bout d'une impasse, c'est le dernier petit immeuble donc aucun passage. Au top. Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé avec une terrasse formidable. Belles vues car la terrasse tourne autour de l'appartement. Parking facile. Propriétaire et agence réactif. Pratique avec supermarché et Castelsardo à 5 min en voiture. Mais il y a aussi une supérette à 500m. Petite plage sympa à 400m à pied mais nous avons préféré profiter à 15 kms des grandes plages vers l'est avec plus d'espace. Proche d'une ferme fromagerie si vous aimez le Pecorino. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans un rayon de 1h30 en voiture ce qui reste assez rapide dans une journée. Ça roule bien dans la région même en août.

Einzigartiger Balkon mit großartigem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das geräumige Appartement bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Balkon umrundet die Wohnung auf drei Seiten, so dass man bei jeder Wetterlage ein ideales Plätzchen findet. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, der Ort fußläufig zu erreichen und Lu Bagnu ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, die Ostküste zu besuchen. Piękna lokalizacja obiektu w małej, urokliwej nadmorskiej miejscowości. Apartament wygodny, wyposażona bogato kuchnia. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo attico , che fa parte della zona "residenziale" di Castelsardo e , per questo, il vicinato rimane un ambiente molto tranquillo, ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. La casa è attrezzatissima con stoviglie di ogni tipo in cucina, area esterna con barbecue e lettini prendisole, il necessario per le pulizie quotidiane ed addirittura l'ombrellone da portare in spiaggia! Molto suggestiva è stata la possibilità di godersi il tramonto sul mare direttamente dal tavolo esterno, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. A pochi metri si trovano anche tutti i servizi (5/6 alimentari, farmacia, ristoranti e almeno 4 spiagge tra sabbiose e di scogli). Una sistemazione ideale sia per chi voglia fare diversi km nella giornata per godersi un vero e proprio tour della Sardegna, sia per chi preferisca rilassarsi rimanendo nelle vicinanze.

Terrazzo panoramico mozzafiato!

Peccato dovermene andare! Ho soggiornato dal 22 al 30 aprile ed ho approfittato delle giornate meno fredde e ventose per vivere il più possibile uno dei terrazzi più belli in assoluto. Sembrava di guardare una cartolina. La luce della mattina sulle verdi colline che circondano la palazzina immersa in un profumo intenso di rosmarino e le luci del tramonto e dell'imbrunire sulle case e sul mare sono ricordi indelebili. Appartamento confortevole e ben dotato, necessiterebbe di una lavastoviglie e di uno scaldabagno più grande. (Eravamo 4 adulti). Paola T (Roma)

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e ben attrezzato, con terrazzo e panorama da cartolina incantevoli, abbiamo passato piacevoli serate con l'accompagnamento del richiamo dei barbagianni che popolano la collina. La spiaggia è comodamente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Un ringraziamento particolare anche alla cordialitá e disponibilitá del proprietario che ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sulle spiagge e ristoranti della zona.

Séjour tres agréable

Propriétaire très attentionné et personne-relais sur place en cas de besoin. Appartement bien placé, au calme et offrant des équipements très satisfaisants + confort/plusieurs clim. La grande terrasse à 180° est particulièrement agréable , avec vue sur mer et montagne : permet de jongler avec ombre et soleil aux heures les plus chaudes. Accès à la plage à pieds à 10 mn. Village de Lu Bagnu sans prétention, sympa....et Castelsardo à 2 km super. La proximité ( 30 mn) de Porto Torres permet un accès aisé en sortant du Ferry. En bordure de balcon, le buisson de fleurs n'existe plus ce qui dégage la vue (cf photos sur le site avec couché de soleil) Location à recommander !

"La casa corrispondeva esattamente alle descrizioni anzi direi ancora meglio: abbiamo vissuto tantissimo sul terrazzo dove c''era sempre un piacevole venticello che ha reso sopportabili anche le giornate più calde.
