Villa Ermelinda is an elegant 16th-century residence located in Castelraimondo, in the heart of Italy’s Le Marche region. The property offers a private pool overlooking the rolling hills, a heated jacuzzi area, and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, perfect for weddings, events, or group holidays that combine comfort and authenticity.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped masonry kitchen, and one bedroom with a private bathroom.
On the first floor, you’ll find four bedrooms (two of which are connected by a mezzanine) and two bathrooms.

The dépendance includes a cozy kitchen with a fireplace, one bedroom, and one bathroom. It has direct access to the wellness area with jacuzzi.

Large panoramic pool (12x6 m) with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing while admiring the surrounding countryside. (Open during the summer season.)

Spacious terrace with a covered portico, ideal for enjoying the mountain view and the medieval village of Crispiero.

To book a wedding or ceremony, the property must be selected on Airbnb as 16+ guests.
A wedding fee (not included in the Airbnb total) applies and includes exclusive use of all spaces, presence of a dedicated staff throughout the event, access to the professional tavern, and extra cleaning services.
