Independent country house for 4 people close to an enchanting medieval Ligurian village on the border with Tuscany, near to the Cinque Terre and the beach. Villino La Casetta, located in the middle of the beatiful mediterranean vegetation, completly penned, huge balcony with a beatiful view of the Magra''s hollow, gives you pleasant relaxing moment under the shadow of secular olive trees with the possibility of enjoing walking tours, wine and food trips in the little streets of the medieval village and stop at the Enoteca regionale vineyard, where you can taste the great Vermentino D.O.C. from Luni''s hills. Villino La Casetta is placed right next to the historical downtown of Castelnuovo, ancient medieval settlement, where is possible to see the great Castello Vescovile owned by the Bishops of Luni. It also takes few minutes to get to the beach. The garden is furnished with wood stove for great pizzas and bread, bbq, beach umbrellas, couches, where you can enjoy the sun, relaxing reading and pleasant nights with your friends.

Sehr sehr freundliche und extrem hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in Mitten von Olivenhainen. Toller Garten mit Terasse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!!

Enjoyed out stay in this airconditioned House. Place is on a lovely quiet location in The hills. I would not Book it for 6 people, it is More or less accomodated for 4 (fam. With 2 kids).

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und der Garten ist wunderbar angelegt. Man hat einen tollen Blick, man ist ganz für sich und doch ist das Dorf in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen.

Super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Optimal zum entspannen und / oder zum freien Spielen von Kindern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Auch ist die Lage gut geeignet für mögliche Städtetrips.

Le toit du monde

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Silvana. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme d’un ravissant village qui surplombe Sarzana et permet de rejoindre les Cinque terres et les beautés de la Ligurie très facilement. Il était tellement agréable de rentrer de nos excursions et de retrouver la maison et sa vue magnifique. Merci encore Silvana pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse !
