The Leccio apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.
Located on the ground floor, this apartment has direct access to the garden, for those looking for a closer contact with nature.

The farmhouse, converted from an old renovated barn, is part of a small family-run farm.
The garden and the swimming pool are available to guests, as well as outdoor furniture (deckchairs, umbrellas, etc.). Our guests can enjoy free covered parking, table tennis, swing and barbecue.

Our guests are mainly families with children because they find the ideal place to spend a quiet holiday in absolute rest and safety. The children are particularly attracted to our small poultry animals. Short distances with famous places of art allow fast movements. We have guests who come back almost every year or who have sent us friends and relatives, and this is a reason of particular satisfaction for us.
For about a year we have a modern photovoltaic system that produces clean energy for the entire structure.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Echt een aanrader!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis! Tuin en zwembad zijn geweldig onderhouden en alles is ruim. Het uitzicht en de ligging zijn meer dan geweldig. Siena is 25 minuten rijden en het prachtige kleine kasteeldorpje San Gusmé zijn we naar toe gewandeld. Één van de mooiste plekken waar wij in Toscane zijn geweest. In het huis is het heerlijk vertoeven; koel, met ventilatoren, voldoende keukeninventaris en goede gordijnen. Gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wijn en heerlijke verse tomaten stonden voor ons klaar. Communicatie gaat via Frans en Italiaans, maar met handen en voeten en Google translate ging het prima. Deze plek is echt een aanrader! Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Découverte de la Toscane

Chouette Gîte à partir duquel nous avons pu visiter la Toscane et ses beaux villages au milieu des champs d'olivier, des vignobles et champs de tournesols. Nous avons même été jusqu'à la mer (superbe réserve naturelle et plage de Marina di Alberese qui est située à 1h30 du gîte). Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié de profiter de la belle piscine bien propre (entretenue quotidiennement). Un tout grand merci pour la bonne communication (dans un très bon Français, si si !), et votre accueil. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre premier séjour dans votre belle région.

Prima verblijf met aardige mensen die voor je klaar staan. De communicatie is wat moeilijk omdat al het Engels via de vertaalcomputer gaat. De verhuurster spreekt naast Italiaans alleen Frans.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nel mese di agosto 2018. Situato in un meraviglioso contesto collinare di vigne e uliveti, l'appartamento Leccio costituisce il piano terra di un'antico fabbricato rurale ristrutturato, al piano primo c'è l'altro dei due appartamenti dell'agriturismo. Il tutto è circondato da un curato giardino di piante fiorite e alberi da frutto e da una bellissima piscina. In aggiunta ci sono anche un'altalena, uno spazio ping pong e un piccolo salottino con gazebo Gli ingressi indipendenti per le due abitazioni e le dotazioni definite permettono una facile fruizione del proprio spazio (ogni proprietà ha il suo tavolo, ombrellone, zona barbecue in posizione separata). All'interno la casa è pulita, la zona giorno è spaziosa e fresca, le camere sono accoglienti e dotate di ventilatori a soffitto, zanzariere e comodi arredi contenitori. A completamento del quadro aggiungo la gentilezza dei proprietari, la loro abitazione è poco distante e con discrezione sono disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza, suggeriscono proposte di svago e con generosità offrono i loro gustosi prodotti: vino, miele, pomodori, fichi. Da tornarci e da consigliare.
