Panne de téléphone et de wifi.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able, la rĂ©sidence de plein air est agrĂ©able et bien entretenue. En revanche, on a eu beaucoup de difficultĂ©s Ă  les joindre car il s'est avĂ©rĂ© que leur box Ă©tait HS, pas possibilitĂ©s de faire les CB, (caution et paiement), et on n'a pas pu du tout joindre l'Ă©tablissement pour prĂ©parer notre arrivĂ©e, et cela nous a valu des sueurs froides, car on ne savait pas comment rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs -, sachant que c'Ă©tait un dimanche . On a dĂ» changer notre agenda, pour arriver pendant les heures de rĂ©ception du dimanche 10-12H !! et on venait de loin. Le kit linge n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©vu, (lits non faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e pour un court sĂ©jour de 2 nuits). La rĂ©ception mobile est quasiment impossible, et pas d'internet (pas de wifi). La climatisation a un minuteur intĂ©grĂ©, et ne fonctionne pas toute la nuit, en plus de n'ĂȘtre prĂ©sente que dans le salon. A part cela, le chalet Ă©tait propre et la rĂ©sidence entretenue. Mais je ne sais pas si on sera tentĂ© pour y revenir compte tenu des difficultĂ©s de liaisons tĂ©lĂ©phone et manque d'internet.

pas de comunnication entre hotel.com et le camping donc ils n'avaient pas reçu les demandes d'accessibilité et de lit bébé. pas de wifi, tous les suppléments trÚs cher, évier bouché, pataigeoire en panne, pas de kit bébé complet, peu d'heure d'ouverture de l'accueil, pas d'information pour le départ. pas de poubelle de tri, tout est mélangé dans les bennes.. Mais joli cadre, chalet mignon et plutot confort (avec la clim) et bonne ambiance entre vacanciers. personnel d'entretien trÚs serviable
