Villa was over a mile to beach ,property had not been cleand properly ie dirty under the beds empty water bottles in bedroom drawers and sweet wapers ,fridge door didnt always close ,only to wine glasses for 10 people, handrail came off in someone's hand in the first hour ,it did get fixed same day ,was charged for cleaning for when leave which wasnt refunded even though it wasn't clean on arrival, whould i use goldholm again MOST DEFINITELY NOT

Great house for 3 couples and 6 kids

We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. It’s 1.2 km from the sea. Some things need to be replaced or repaired. And we were disappointed that the jacuzzi was not heated. The kids spent hours in the pool and it’s easy to keep an eye on them. The living area is spacious and each family had their space. When we had an electrical problem Mr Bolivar came at 9:30 pm to take care of it.

Grande villa pour un sejour en famille

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison de Pedro. La maison est grande est permet à chacun d avoir un espace à soit.. les 3 salles de bains et wc sont appreciables! La piscine et le jaccuzzi chauffés sont un sacré plus quand on vient hors saison. Le parc de jeux juste à côté et la piste cyclable jusqu à la mer sont aussi des atouts. Toutefois, la maison manque un peu d entretien (canapé tiroir cuisine etc...)et les odeurs dues à la proximité de la station d épuration nous ont un peu dérangées... Une note quand même très positive pour ce sejour; merci Pedro!

tres belle maison,conforme a notre attente.Le proprietaire PEDRO est est un homme charmant et ultra disponible.La piscine et le jacuzi sont un plus indeniable.L'ensemble de la maison ,fonctionnelle et agreable permet de profiter au maximun de la region...avec en bonus un grand soleil.C'etait notre 4ieme sejour avec Homelidays et toujours parfait....merci PEDRO. Moderenes Haus in urbaner Umgebung

Neues Haus mit gutem Wohnkomfort und kompletter Einrichtung. Die Parzelle ist zwar klein ohne Grünflächen aber hat einen schönen Pool mit Wihrlpool und Privatsphäre. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und modern Eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Haus hat es einen Zugang zu einem schönen Naturschutzgebiet, ideal für Spaziergänge/Wanderungen und unweit vom Strand. Herr Bolivar ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir können diese Liegenschaft empfehlen. Besten Dank.

Quelques désagréments

Belle villa, moderne et agréable. Déception dû au dysfonctionnement du chauffage du jacuzzi commandé, mais cependant remboursé. Dommage qu'il ait fallu attendre le 3ème jours pour avoir de l'eau chaude et prendre une douche au mois de novembre pour 9 personnes !!! Il aurait était préférable de faire une vérification avant la location !! Déception quant aux accords passés avec le propriétaire sur le dédommagement financier, promesse non tenue !!! Néanmoins très bonne appréciation de l'agent d'entretien Ruben, qui est très agréable, disponible à toute heure, et dévoué.

La villa est spacieuse, réellement comme sur les photos, nous n'avons pas été déçus et avons passé une excellente semaine. Le confort est là, comme noté. Le chauffage marchait bien, la piscine et jacuzzi chauffés ce qui fait que nous avons pu en profiter malgré un temps maussade. La baignoire balnéo a très bien fonctionné, les enfants ont adoré ce qui fait que maintenant ils nous demandent la même chose à la maison !!! Lave vaisselle, lave-linge, Nespresso et cafetière normale, tout y est...TV avec chaînes Françaises si besoin.... Un grand merci à Monsieur Bolivar qui est à notre écoute et qui répond de suite à nos demandes. Les activités aux alentours ne manquent pas,,.....magnifique promenade en bateau dans la marina, ballade en segway et petite moto électrique ( ce qui permet ainsi d'amener les jeunes enfants avec nous ..) jusqu'à Roses en longeant plage et campagne....Super..... Bref, nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce moment.....

De surprises en surprises et pas toujours agreables

Nous avons loué cette maison pour sa piscine chauffée et son jaccuzy chauffe impossible cette maison n est pas prévue pour etre utilisée en hivers.le compteur électrique ne surporte pas cette charge, le compteur à disjoncte jusqu'à ce que l'on décide de ne plus utiliser la piscine et le jaccuzy. Nous avions une balnéothérapie dans la salle d'eau, avec une légère fuite qui c'est transformée en vague.la salle de bain et la chambre ont été inondé car une vanne à lâché sous la baignoire. Donc plus de bain. Pour nous c'était important d avoir des points d'eau chaude, nous avons un petit fils porteur de la myopathie de duchenne .et ne louons que des maisons avec piscine chauffée. Cette maison, tres grande, ne doit pas être louée en hivers. Les alèses doivent être changées ,les prises dénudées protégées dans la chambre. Les portes des salles d eau vérifiées. .je conseille au propriétaire de chauffer la maison avant l'arrivée des locataire, c n'est la moindre des choses. Nous avons l habitude de louer par homeliday en espagne et ailleurs , c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus.une villa avec accès handicapé doit avoir une pente douce à l'entrée et non une petite marche.essaye de soulever un fauteuil électrique..... bonne année à vous tous

VACANCES EN FAMILLE A LA TOUSSAINT (22/10 au 29/10/2016)

Samedi matin, avec le soleil, nous avons pu constaté que la villa est comme sur les photos. Très belle prestation. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. Besoin d'un conseil, d un service, un coup de fil et l'intervention est faite. Il est à votre écoute. Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille; Piscine, Jacuzzi, barbecue.....(internet fonctionne parfaitement) La région est splendide. Pour les ballades à pied ou en voiture il n y a que l'embarras du choix. Une petite ballade en bateaux sur les canaux s'impose..... Encore merci à Mr BOLIVAR et au site ABRITEL"HOMEAWAY" que j ai découvert et qui est aussi à votre écoute, de votre inscription jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Très sérieux. A conseiller. Bon courage à tous et bonnes fêtes de fin d'année. Internet fonctionnetrés bien Rien à dire sur la Villa. Conforme à ce qui est proposée.

Une semaine de détente au soleil

J'ai passé mes vacance la 2 ème semaine d'avril. La maison est comme sur les photos, les chambres sont spacieuses et équipé de placard pour ranger les vêtements. 3 salle de bain et wc, ça permet d’éviter les bouchons le matin. Très grand séjour on ne se sent pas à l'étroit. La maison est bien équipé en vaisselle, casserole, machine nespresso,... Nous avons bien profité du spa (eau très chaude) et de la piscine (chauffé à 26°). Le terrain de la maison est petit mais bien pensé et amenagé, il y'a tout le nécéssaire. On peut garer 2 voitures dans la maison, les transats sont agréable. Le coin barbecue avec le store est très agréable. L'éclairage extérieur est très bien (ça permet de profiter des soirée). Dans le jardin on a pas de vis à vis avec les voisins c'est agréables. La deuxième terrasse au 1 er étage est agréable aussi. A coté de la maison se trouve un petit parc avec balançoire et toboggans pour les enfants. Il y'a également un chemin qui permet de faire des balades à pied ou vélo le long de la muga pour rejoindre la plage. On peut également facilement rejoindre des sentier balisé de vélo ou de randonnée. Le cortalet à 4.1km de la maison est un petit coin très sympathique avec plein d'observatoire (pour voir la faune locale). J'ai remonté 2/3 problème à M Pedro Bolivar, il les a résolut dans la journée. Il est rapide et serieux. Merci à lui. Le point a amélioré est la connexion internet un peu lente, je pense qu'avec une antenne wifi exterieur longue portée sur le toit de la maison la connexion pourrait être de meilleur qualité. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. Merci
