Respect for the neighborhood is essential: after 10:00 PM, no noise or disruptive lighting is allowed. Loud gatherings and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited to maintain the tranquility of the premises.

As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the house because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the house after 22h.



Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)



For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).



The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).



On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 1200€ ( credit card)

L'emplacement est idéal et avec un enfant de 2 ans le jardin en contrebas de la piscine était parfait. Le logement était très propre et le quartier est calme.
