Buchung über fewo direkt war unkompliziert, Nachfragen an den Vermieter vorab wurden umgehend beantwortet und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine Handynummer bekommen und darüber die Schlüsselübergabe vereinbart, halbe Stunde Vorlauf. Kontakt vor Ort am einfachsten in spanisch oder französisch, da wir diese Sprachen aber nicht wirklich beherrschen, ging es auch mit Händen und Füßen und einem sehr geduldigen Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist an einer Durchfahrtsstraße gelegen, aber mit Klima im Wohnzimmer und einen Standlüfter, so dass die Fenster auch zubleiben konnten, dann war es schön ruhig. Ruhige Wohnanlage mit überwiegend älteren Bewohnern, meist französischer Herkunft, wir haben den Altersdurchschnitt ordentlich gesenkt. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Pütt un Pann‘, usw.Selbstversorgung ist ohne weiteres möglich. Der Pool ist der Hit für Kinder, man kann auch als Erwachsener ordentlich seine Bahnen ziehen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch Flussläufig alles erreichen, Auto ist aber von Vorteil, insbesondere da Trinkwasser gekauft werden muss. Es läuft aber gerade ein Projekt an Leitungswasser in Trinkwasserqualität bereitzustellen, vielleicht ändert sich in den nächste Jahren was. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
