Large kitchen equipped with American fridge, vitro, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Bright dining area, nice living room with access to the terrace. You can enjoy a jacuzzi overlooking the Marina. Mooring of 10 m with direct access from the house to enjoy your boat trips. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and wifi . Magnificent views of the canal and only 10 minutes from the beach. Ideal to relax and unwind with family or friends!
