There are four swimming pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL ARE EXTRA PAYMENT. Price to be consulted at the building’s concierge. Communal swimming pool (opening date 15/6, closing date 15/9).



It is located 100 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the “AVE/TGV Figueres” train station and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an ideal area for families and within an urbanisation.



The accommodation has a lift, garden furniture, terrace, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building and television.
