The residential complex has a large swimming pool with individual equipment for each apartment, has a Barbecue area available to customers and a large parking area. It is possible to bring small pets with you. The property also offers its guests a well-equipped self-service laundry.

In the heart of the Chianti Classico region, near Castellina in Chianti, only 21 km from Siena and 40 from Florence.

With 47 hectares of hilly terrain, which include forests, olive trees and vineyards, this place is the best in the area and thanks to its exposure to the sun and the composition of the soil from the highest quality grapes.

Il Villino is totally independent and exclusive where guests, immersed in the Tuscan hills, will be able to appreciate the tranquility of the place and taste the wines we produce.

It is composed on the ground floor of a large and bright living area with a comfortable sofa located in front of a fireplace and a TV, a kitchen equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.

The upper floor consists of a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms which, both facing the front of the house, are kissed by the sun in the morning.

Around the property there is also a large garden, equipped with a gazebo and barbecue, an ideal place for pleasant outdoor dinners.
