With 47 hectares of hilly terrain, which include forests, olive trees and vineyards, this place is the best in the area and thanks to its exposure to the sun and the composition of the soil from the highest quality grapes.

Heaven on earth!

One of the most beautiful settings you can imagine! The property is located in the gorgeous rolling hills outside Castellina in Chianti, a short drive from town - the last section of road is a bit steep, but well worth it for the serenity and charm of the countryside. Lorenzo and Vania are warm and welcoming, and we had a fascinating wine and olive oil tasting session with Lorenzo, who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his craft. Really a unique experience and one you won't get from the larger wineries! We found it very hard to leave and are already talking about when we might be able to return...

Rock of Cispiano is an agriturismo located on a hill overlooking their vineyard and olive trees. Just breathtaking!! Wonderful hosts always with an eye on making your stay more enjoyable... not to mention great food and wine!! Ciao

Awesome Days in Chianti

We could just stay for 2 Days in La Scaletta della Rocca but we will come back. The weather was not the best in our short stay. The apartment was really big and super clean. We liked the view over the hills of Chianti in the morning and evening. Also the wine tasting with the owner together was my personal highlight. He knows what he does with the grapes. The wines are really good so i appreciate for the nice tasting also the Grappa ;-) all in all a wonderfull place to be in Chianti and the Family of the owner and Bella are nice and warmly. We will definatly come back for a longer trip to Italy. greetings Christian & Diana
