VILLA AURA SCOPELLO (Cin: IT081005C2GJZ2E62B) is a brand new property built in 2024 in Western Sicily's most prestigious tourist area, Scopello, with its ancient village, tuna fishery, and famous Faraglioni rocks, settings for many films and TV series. It's also a short distance from the Zingaro Nature Reserve and Guidaloca Beach.
Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bar are within walking distance.
This tourist area is located in the municipality of Castellammare del Golfo, 50 minutes from Palermo and Trapani airports.
A few kilometers away by car is the Segesta archaeological park with its Greek Temple and Amphitheater, and the Segesta Baths, a natural sulfurous thermal baths, with an adjacent facility equipped with a thermal water pool and wellness program.
You can also freely visit the natural area where the thermal waters flow, free of charge.
Just a short distance away are the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo Marina, 10 km of fine, golden sand with private beach clubs, or you can choose to go to the free beaches.
Also nearby is the town of Alcamo, with its Church Route and its excellent DOC "Bianco Alcamo" wine, and the Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve.
An hour's drive away is the great city of Palermo with its wonders, the Cathedral of Monreale, the Mangiapane Cave in Custonaci, Erice Castle, Trapani, Marsala, and the Selinunte Archaeological Park.
Villa Aura Scopello has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 of which are ensuite), sleeping 8, a kitchen/living room with an antique stone floor, a large corner sofa in the living room, and an outdoor veranda with a BBQ area.
The villa has a large parking area within the property, where there is a covered sunshade for two cars.
The villa boasts a 2,500-square-meter garden and features a 10 x 5 x 1.5-meter infinity pool, a large solarium equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and an outdoor shower. Near the solarium, there is also a pergola with a sofa and armchairs for enjoying the shade by the pool.
From the villa, you can enjoy sea views of the entire Gulf.
Privacy is guaranteed by the distance from the other villas and access via a private road not open to the public.
Things to know:
- Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
However, check-in is possible until midnight, but after 9:30 PM, a €50 surcharge applies for late check-in.
Different times, if available, must be agreed upon in advance with the owners and will require a supplement payable at check-in (see optional extras).
- The pool will be cleaned twice a week (from July 15th to September 15th). It will be cleaned once a week during other periods. A water quality check is also included at no additional cost.
- Smoking is permitted in the villa's large outdoor areas.
- Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and interior areas of the villa.
- Pets are not permitted in the villa.
- Charging electric or plug-in vehicles is prohibited at the villa's power outlets.
- Other optional extras can be requested at the villa for an additional fee (see Optional Extras).
- Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted.
Upon prior agreement with the owners, guests who are not included in the reservation may be accepted, even for a single day without an overnight stay, for a supplement per person per day, even for a partial stay.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 in cash, which will be refunded upon check-out if you comply with the waste separation rules.
- The villa is not equipped with security cameras for video surveillance, so there are no cameras in the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, or even outside the dining area and solarium.
The only two cameras are installed far away, outside the gate. They cover the private access road and the car entrance gate, as they serve as a deterrent to strangers approaching the villa, even though it is a very quiet area in this regard.

OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES.
- The white bath/shower towels provided in each room cannot be used for the pool or beach.
If you do not have your own pool/beach towels, we can rent them from industrial laundries at a cost of €5 per towel for the entire stay.
- For an early check-in, please inquire about availability. A supplement of €30 will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- For a late check-out, please inquire about availability. A supplement of €30 will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- For a baby crib, please inquire about availability because we must rent it. A supplement of €100 will be charged for the entire stay, including rental and transportation to and from the rental company.
- To request a high chair, please inquire about availability as we need to rent one. A supplement of €40 will be charged for the entire stay, including rental costs and transportation to and from the rental company.
- If you wish to host a friend or relative at the villa during your stay, even if they are not staying overnight and are only staying for the day, you must first obtain permission from the owners. If this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €40 per person for each day, even if it is only a partial stay.
