Delightful little cottage attached to a private ciountry-house situated in a tipical sicilian garden rich with olive-trees, agaves, and palms, a stone's throw away from the natural reserve of "The Zingaro" and tonnara of Scopello. The cottage consists in a two-rooms appartment, divided into a spacious living-room with an open fully equipped kitchen (all appliances, satellite TV and cabinets/wardrobe space)little bedroom-queen size bed- bathroom with shower. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation , and in front there is a private patio with barbecue, facilities, dining table and sun beds, also an extra bathroom with shower.Private access to the delightful seaside, surrounded by rocky landscape (no further than 30 meters). The village of Scopello is one KM away and the town of Castellammare del Golfo is about 8 KM far. It's an absolutely marvellous place which guarantees silence and privacy.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.

** A Perfect, Peaceful Getaway**We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this beautiful cottage in Scopello. The property itself is stunning - charming, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape.A special mention to Hanny, the owner, who was absolutely lovely. She lives on the property but gave us complete privacy while still being warm and welcoming. It was the perfect balance - we felt taken care of but never intruded upon.The location in Scopello is ideal, and the cottage provided a tranquil base to unwind and enjoy the area. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic experience with a thoughtful host, I recommend this place.

We were very happy with this accommodation, it’s beautiful and the view is amazing! We loved our time here. Host was fabulous to work with and it exceeded all expectations. The Scopello area is lovely as well. There is a supermarket close by. The cottage has all that you need and is comfortable and very safe. Would highly recommend this cottage!!

Wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage am Meer. Einige Stufen führen zur Badebucht hinab, der schöne Weg wird aufwendig gepflegt.Von der Wohnung kann man viele Ziele bequem erreichen, Wanderung im Zingaro NP, Segesta, Erice...Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Hanni macht die Unterkunft perfekt.

The musty smell in this lower room off the back of the house was overwhelmingly bad. Nice owners, beautiful setting if weather is good enough to sit on the patio, but in cold and windy February we were stuck indoors. The musty/dank/moldy smell was pretty overwhelming. We imagine the place had not been aired for quite a while. We feel this issue needs to be addressed. We left windows open during the day so that eventually the awful smell was somewhat abated.

Beautiful location!

Excellent location on the ocean. Explore the rocky shoreline and swim on calm days. Nearby grocery/restaurant is excellent. Cozy apartment for a couple. Ice cold air conditioning for the hot Sicilian sun. Kind and friendly hostess. Beautiful grounds. Would stay for a month if we could!

Absolute paradise!!!

This property is absolutely unbelievable!! Everything was perfect, the grounds are beautiful and the view is unmatched. The owner is the sweetest person ever! I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed in the slightest!

Beautiful scenery

When you drive in, you will be mesmerized by the beauty of this property. It is stunning. However, the accommodations inside are limited. The kitchen area is not conducive to a lot of cooking cuz there is no counter space. The bed is not particularly comfortable and the couch wasn't either (2 seater). So I found myself not very comfortable inside. The outside. There is a; nice porch but the umbrella does not work and I didn't know how to adjust the lounge chairs. Hanni was nice enough to drop off fresh eggs and lemons which is endearing. She's a very lovely elderly Italian lady. I think overall, if you're not going to spend a lot of time there, it's fine. I came from the United States. I did not speak Italian and Hanni didn't speak English. I was on a solo trip as a 64-year-old woman and I was really hoping that she could be a person to help me navigate.....At the end of the day i really can't. complain based on the price but I think it's important to know the specifics when committing to travel. But you will be completely in awe of the scenery in your front yard. No one can compete with that,!

Scopello stay

Hanny was a gracious host. Her property is beautifully maintained and the house was very clean. The view is spectacular and the crystal clear water is just a few steps away. I went in later February and the water was refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Paradise

We had a wonderful time, it’s hard to describe how beautiful the setting is. The view and the swimming cove are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, we slept well and Hanni was very kind. We had a problem with accessing our vrbo account, and generally with communication because we had lost a phone whilst hiking, the family were very understanding. A small piece of paradise!

Serene and peaceful coastal stay

Hanni is an outstanding hostess. She was very responsive to us arriving to the property as we gave her little notice when we departed from the airport. The little cottage is unmatched. The grounds around the property are so peaceful and much larger than we thought. We loved the sun patio and the view from our room. The cottage is so cozy yet spacious enough to fill your every need. We are already dreaming of coming back to stay. I would book this property again and again. Incredibly clean and full of charm! We arrived late and enjoyed a restaurant down in town nearby 15 min drive. They usually require reservations but it’s worth trying to get in without one. Other places we enjoyed. (The off season many shops in scopello were closed as well as the main beach). Ristorante Pizzeria La Duchessa Le Grazie Pizzeria- Ristorante Tropical Bar - coffee and pastry Scopello local Solea Azienda Agricola - coffee pastry, egg breakfast, delicious hand made pasta. Farm to table. * super close to bnb highly recommend! Open in the off season. Tonnara di Scopello - closed in the off season but we enjoyed the viewpoint.

Excellent choice for peace and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful peaceful get away. Though the cabin is small and cooking facilities limited it was perfect for the two of us . We appreciated the security gate access and the private seaside access. While there are 125 steps down to the sea it was worth very bit is exercise to swim in that beautiful sea. There are several ropes that do require replacement on the trek down and we would urge you to bring water shoes . We would have our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the sea every morning - then a swim - what ever afternoon exploring adventure we had planned - back to our oasis - Apero Spritzer- nap - dinner -watch the stars appear on our patio . Total relaxation. There is a wonderful garden market just down the road that not only supplies fresh vegetable's / oils/honey/lunch they also serve dinner ! Grocery market / pharmacy on the same road. It was easy access to Trapani - Palermo airport - two beaches close by with chair and umbrella rental available . Hanni and her handy man Cipriano made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable . We would not hesitate to book here once again . Thank you Hanni !

Amazing holiday place overlooking the sea

We spent a fantastic week at this property. The house has everything you need and we spent all our time on one of the terraces with views over the beautiful cove. We loved the private access down to the beach, and snorkeling along the rocky coast. Hanni made us feel so welcome and was just a fantastic host. She was always happy to help with advice or just to have a nice chat. We hope to come back soon.

What an incredible place to stay.

We absolutely loved our three night stay at Giovanna’s place. It is basically in Scopello, the shops and beach being a one minute drive north, and the southern entrance to Zingaro less than ten minutes. The house is situated up on the cliffs overlooking the marvellous Sicilian coast and Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a private staircase down to the water where we had ritual morning and late afternoon swims. Expect mesmerising sunsets and sunrises. The house itself is simple and cozy, but was adequate, particularly given we spent most of out time outdoors. THe kitchen is basic, but we still cooked three delicious dinners. Giovanna is the sweetest host who met us personally at check-in, and kissed us goodbye at checkout. Can’t recommend this place more.

Special Seaside Cottage

We where in Scopello for a week for our sons wedding . Giovanna is a wonderful host and her property is very special. The cottage is small but has everything you could need . Cold A/C and lovely water pressure . The view and private staircase to the Mediterranean is a great feature . We swam 3 days so calm and protected. I had a beautiful Siamese cat that kept us company . Truly a great escape and close to the Tonnera and Scopello city square and fabulous market and restaurants. Could not have been better !

Our 3 day stay was too short!!!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! From the sweet Giovanna to the gorgeous view and private access to crystal clear water! There was even a puppy to play with bonus!! The cottage was quaint and very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Fantastic location too! We are coming back and staying for at least a week if not more next time!!
