Unique space with private pool in Platja d'Aro:
House of 500m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 1km from the beach and 30min from the Airport of Girona. It is distributed over three floors with a large outdoor garden, private pool with hammocks and barbecue area, as well as a recreational space with billiards and table football inside. We find on the lower floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and games room, on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the upper floor: living room with fireplace, solarium and laundry room. It has all kinds of equipment such as dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, cot and high chair, free easy parking in the same street and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 35 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Ne louer pas cette maison, la réalité de cette maison est complètement différente du descriptif donné sur le site. La douche est cassée (porte contre le mur et l’ouverture est bloquée), il y a une fuite dans la douche qui coule par le plancher dans la salle de bain d’en dessous. Les robinetteries sont défectueuses et les rideaux de douche sales.Les portes fenêtres ne se ferment pas, il manque des clés ou ne s’ouvre pas (cassée), les stores sont pour la plupart abimés ou cassés. Pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de tapis de sdb.La robinetterie de l’évier cuisine est cassée, un petit frigo (pour 16 personnes) et un congélateur en panne.Pas beaucoup de vaisselles (verre et bol), pas de carafe d’eau, pas de dessous de plat, 1 poêle, 1 casserole, pas de torchons.Dangerosité de l'installation électrique, ampoule qui clignote (changé par un employé) avec des goulots rouillés ou défectueux, tout comme certaines prises électriques. Les lampes plots extérieures sont cassées. Poignée de porte cassée et changée aussi.4 transats (pour 16 personnes !!), pas de place de parking et s’entendre avec les voisins pour se garer dans la rue qui est une impasse.(Nous avons fait remonter ces informations à l'agence gestionnaire mais elle ne sera pas en capacité de rendre la maison conforme au standing annoncé.)

Great house for a large family vacation

We had the chance of staying at the house for a week at the end of June. The house is beautifully located in the hills above Platja d‘Aro with a 5 minute car ride into Platja d‘Aro. The size of the house is perfect if you want to have a big size family vacation! We were 11 people and the house has room for 2-3 more people. Large dining room, great pool, enough bathrooms and (the kids loved it!) a „playroom“ with pool billiard, darts, ping pong and more. We can highly recommend the house!
