On the ground floor, we find the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils... a complete bathroom with shower, a double room with a double bed and the living-dining room with TV and sofa. Direct exit from the living-dining room to a balcony.
On the first floor, we find a room with a double bed, which can be folded together with the wardrobe to have greater comfort and space. Bathroom with shower.Direct exit from the room to a large sunny terrace with [hidden] has terrace furniture and awning.
The apartment has a hot and cold air pump, also heating by radiators.
