Nous avons passés de tres bonnes vacances dans l'appartement de rosendo avec notre bébé de 15 mois. Le lit est confortable, la climatisation rafraîchit bien tout l'appartement, la terrasse est grande et sécurisée, la piscine de la residence est superbe. Nous avons pu aller a pied facilement a 3 criques et 1 plage qui se trouve a moins de 10 minutes.

Logement très bien situé, au calme. Criques et cala Rovira accessibles à pied. Piscine agréable devant le logement.Il ne manque rien, tout est prevu pour passer un bon séjour. Hôtes sympathiques.Pistes cyclables à la sortie de la résidence.Pour les golfeurs un pitch and putt très sympa et deux 18 trous à proximité.C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons chez Rosendo et nous ne sommes pas déçus.

En septembre à Platja d’Aro le climat est très doux. Il y a moins de monde afin de visiter différents villages et randonnées autour de la résidence. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Appartement très agréable, on y dort très très bien. Je recommande vivement

CALME ET PRATIQUE

Malgré la barrière de la langue (merci google trad !!!), les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils. Le logement est situé dans une résidence somme toute calme (sauf que pendant notre séjour c'était la saint jean donc beaucoup de bruit mais tout le reste du temps c'était très calme). Le logement comprend tout ce que vous pouvez chercher. Il est pratique surtout qu'il est au rez de chaussée, point très très positif. On met 5min pour aller en bord de mer et 10 pour aller à la plage. La ville est plus loin mais pas gênant si on recherche le calme et accessible à pieds également. Bon séjour aux prochains locataires !!!! Merci Rosario et son épouse :-)

Logement de plein pied

Très bon emplacement, les petites criques sont a 5mn ainsi que le sentier cotier. On peut tout faire a pied. Nous avions nos vélos et les pistes cyclables sont à proximite et la route jusqu’a Tossa de mar est a faire absolument. Golf aussi pour ceux que ça interesse. Le logement est bien équipé et bien exposé. Piscine en contrebas de la terrasse. Vous ne serez pas déçus et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Très bon séjour mais sans lave-vaisselle !

L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux plages et à la ville. Nous regrettons que nous n'avons pas été prévenu que le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas (la panne ne semblait récente) alors que nous avions sélectionné ce logement aussi pour ce type d'équipement. Aucun geste financier n'a été fait en retour, dommage ! La résidence est calme et appréciable. Les transats autour de la piscine sont malheureusement en mauvais état.

Magnifique séjour sur la Costa Brava

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel avec une terrasse en rez de chaussée, sous les palmiers et les pins, donnant accès directement à la piscine. La climatisation est très appréciable. La résidence est à taille humaine et bien située à proximité du chemin de ronde (jolies criques tout au long) et du centre ville. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font en sorte que votre séjour se déroule au mieux.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und eine Kommunikation ist dank Übersetzer im Internet problemlos möglich. Eine zeitliche Umbuchung wurde ganz unkompliziert ermöglicht und eine gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war zu jeder Zeit gegeben. Alles ist wie beschrieben, die Wohnung ist sogar viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ausnahmslos empfehlen. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Super séjour chez rosando, la location correspond en tout point au descriptif, période calme donc pas gêner pas le bruit, c était parfait, proximité immédiate ou rapprochée des petites criques, des chemins de littoral, du centre ville également. Une location parfaite pour passer un bon séjour.

Parfait, appartement bien équipé, très bien situé

L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le couchage est de très bonne qualité. La piscine est très agréable. Le logement est bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres des premières criques plus typiques que la grande plage. Rosendo est disponible, ponctuel et très professionnel. Petit bémol pour le stationnement dans la rue qui n'est facile en pleine saison mais on y arrive moyennant un peu de marché.
