Located in a quiet residential area, in the Mar Bella building, close to all the main shops and services in the area. It has an air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette, all in one room, with access to a terrace with chill out. From this same terrace we can access the upper terrace. It has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Parking space included.
