Totally green and eco-friendly home with breathtaking views of the Monferrato hills. Garden with space for outdoor dining and heated hot tub for a completely relaxing experience. Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est exit.
Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box in the parking space.
Vita Bella was completely renovated in 2023 with fine finishes, is a completely green house and has a photovoltaic system. The house has completely new and made in Italy furnishings in country chic style.
A multilingual Alexa terminal is available.
Guests have exclusive use of a patio with an outdoor kitchen with a six-seater table, deck chairs and sun loungers, access to the garden with a hot tub, parking space and courtyard shared with the host
Guests have the options to book several experiences including visits and tastings at local wineries, truffle hunting with an expert trifulau, renting e-bikes and Vespas, participating in a tourist grape harvest at a local winery and many more to be discovered upon arrival.
