The building is located in the heart of the village of St Projet (commune of Cassaniouze), on a charming tourist route (cycling, motorbike, hiking), at the limit of Cantal and Aveyron. View of the Lot river 50 meters away (swimming, fishing, kayaking). A small supermarket is 3km away. Electric heating.
