Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our Townhome. With 3 beds, 3 baths, large living room & kitchen, large back patio over seeing the golf course, grill, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and a designated office/reading room. Located in Trillium Village; the clubhouse, pool, and gym are within walking distance. 10 minutes from downtown Cashiers & 20 minutes from Highlands.

The Space:
2 down-stairs bedrooms with smart TVs, personal bathroom and walk in closet. 3rd bedroom is a large loft upstairs with personal bathroom, no TV in that space. Up-stairs office/reading nook with a door and TV. Large open living room connecting to kitchen, large fireplace and smart tv. Large outside patio over seeing the golf course with outdoor furniture and grill.

I had an amazing time at the house in Cashers! The town was lovely, and the beds were super comfortable. My favorite spot was definitely the porch. The only downside was the construction next door - the saw was so loud! Despite that, I'd love to come back again.

Much above expectations!

The property was second & third floors of golf home directly on the very beautiful & challenging golf course. There were 2 bedrooms on main floor with soaking tub in primary & king bed. Third floor loft bedroom with private bath & extra office/tv room ( great for zoom meetings if you work while on vacation) and single sofa bed. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout & very high quality furniture & decor, bedding. Kitchen with everything needed for food prep and extraordinary quality( for rental property) appliances, cookware, tableware along with laundry room! Very thoughtfully done! We would definitely stay there again.
