House in Cascastel-des-Corbières of 90 m2 for 6 people with an outdoor terrace in the heart of a small audois village surrounded by vineyards, on the road of Cathar castles and 35 minutes from beaches ..

Nearby: many trails (including the Cathar trail), children's playground, synthetic basketball and football pitch, picnic tables, cooperative cellar with shop, bar-restaurant, post office and castle being restored in to visit, a large vineyard.

You will also discover:
- 5 km from the geological wonders of Albas (very nice family hike),
- The Cathar castles: Villerouge-Termines (14 km), Aguilar (15 km), Termes (28 km), Peyrepertuse (36 km), Quéribus (31 km).
- The beaches at 35 km (Port-la-new, Leucate, La Franqui, etc.),
- Lagrasse and its abbey at 28 kms,
- The canyon of Termes at 28 km (La Clue du Terminet).

- Ground floor: 1 kitchen, 1 dining room for 4 to 6 people and 1 living room with wood stove.
- 1st floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet.
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with two bunk beds), a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Both floors are decorated with cement tiles of time.

notre sejour s est resume a 2 nuits avec petit dejeuner les 2 matins !nous etions venus voir des amis a villeneuve des corbieres le gite etait tres propre , super bien equipé , la literie parfaite seul petit bemol , , les escalier d acces aux 2 etages pour des personnes agées et enfants en bas age sinon pour nous agreablement surpris

Très bon séjour

Nous avons bien été reçu chez Marion et Arnaud. Ils nous ont offert un vin de la région en guise de bienvenue. Leur maison est propre et conforme à l'annonce. Nous n'avons pas pu les rencontrer mais Ils ont été très réactifs quand nous avions besoin d'aide par message. Je recommande et je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir avec ma famille, la prochaine fois que nous serons de passage.

Nous avons apprécié le coup de fil de Marion pour savoir si nous étions bien installé. La maison est très bien agencé et décoré avec gout le lit est très confortable. la salle de bain très pratique avec sa douche à l'italienne. la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Objekt ist sauber und toll eingerichtet. Strand in etwa 45 Minuten erreichbar. Gegend sehr malerisch. Immer gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable

Maison ancienne sur 2 niveaux décorée avec goût. Tout est complet et l'on s'y sent bien. Attention escaliers qui ne sont pas adaptés à tous ( jeune enfant ou personne plus âgée). Le petit village est calme et en pleine nature; voiture indispensable. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est réactive et sympathique. La région est magnifique. De belles randonnées et visites des châteaux cathares. Les paysages sont inoubliables. La mer est à seulement 30mn de route ( même si ces stations balnéaires ne sont pas forcément les plus belles de la côte). A recommander donc.

Très bon séjour en famille dans les Corbières !

Nous avons apprécié la nature environnante et les fameux châteaux cathares ! Dans ce petit village tranquille, la maison est très agréable, propre et conforme à l’annonce, avec de belles salles de bain et une cuisine bien équipée. On s’y sent bien. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. À refaire sans hésiter !

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus bietet genug Platz mit zwei schönen Bädern. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Ortschaft liegt schön und ist ca. 30 km vom Strand entfernt. Anton, 03.09.2018

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable dans cette maison. Les equipements sont parfait, les lits grands et confortables, les salles de bain tres fonctionnelles. La propreté irréprochable. Le village est idealement placé pour rayonner dans les corbieres, qui sont une merveille, de region en termes culturels (chateaux cathares), mais aussi culinaire et bien sur viticole. Dépaysement garanti. Pour les enfants, apres les visites le matin, les plages sont très proches, ou bien la piscine de Durban à moins de 10mn. La communication avec la propriétaire est simple, rapide, efficace. À refaire sans hésitation aucune!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour car les propriétaires ont bien communiqué pour nous faciliter notre arrivée ensuite cette location de charme (c'est bien le mot )est parfaitement équipée et c'est bien la première fois que je rencontre aussi bien. (allez je vais trouver un petit manque: une prise dans la salle d' eau du haut pour se raser ,c'est bien tout) maintenant j'espère pouvoir revenir pour continuer de découvrir cette jolie région ; à bientot m. chauvin
