Beyond the spacious 35m² terrace with open sea views, a landscaped garden of 30m². The east / south exposure allows from 5 p.m. the summer to benefit from an appreciable softness by the shade which replaces the sun.

The apartment is very functional benefiting from all modern equipment including reversible air conditioning and internet (fiber) This part helps to offset the freshness of the ends of the season in the evenings
The collective swimming pool is added to the proximity of the beach located at 1km either 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The nearest town, Estepona 10Mn very pleasant with shops and restaurants in a rather Spanish environment, flamenco is never far away. We are 30 minutes from Gibraltar and 50 minutes from Malaga

We booked this apartment for a nice week away in the sun to an area we had never visited but it really blew us away.from booking the communication with the host and his colleague who helps you get familiarised with the apartment was fantastic,lovely people.such a gorgeous quiet neighbourhood with a breathtaking sunrise if you get up early like myself,the pool area is lovely and well maintained and very clean.the apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need!overall brilliant,just wish I had booked longer!

I fully recommend this apartment, it has everything you may need for a relaxing break . Jacques, Giorgio and Beatrice were very helpful with initial communication and Giorgio and Beatrice went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with our hire car during our stay.

Very friendly host, great location

We had a very nice family trip in Cesares. The apartment is fully equipped (like from towels to sunscreen, you can find everything), super cozy, and clean. In nice weather, you can see the sea from the balcony, but there is a private pool included in the building complex. During our 10 days, we really felt at home. With the host we were constantly in contact (since we booked the apartment and until we arrived) Jacques was super helpful and explained everything very well. The apartment location is perfect, middle of a secure area. Perfect for active and passive vacation as well. We had a great time there and definitely we will come back.

De la réservation à l’arrivée sur place, tout est fait pour vous rassurer et vous mettre dans les meilleures conditions. Vacaciones inolvidables / Vacances inoubliables

El piso es muy agradable con todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Todo estaba muy limpio cuando llagamos. El jardin es precioso, la piscina muy limpia y el agua muy bueno. El propietario, Sr Rivière, es muy simpático, atento, da muchas informaciones y consejos. Georgio y su esposa que nos acogieron, eran muy agradables y siempre disponibles. Regresaremos con mucho placer en este piso y lo aconsejamos ! Muchas gracias para estas vacaciones estupendas. Un appartement confortable et bien équipé. Il était très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Le jardin est très mignon, la piscine très propre et l'eau est très chaude. M. Rivière, le propriétaire est très agréable, très à l'écoute et donne de nombreux conseils. Nous avons été accueillis par Georgio et son épouse, qui sont des gens charmants aussi et très disponibles.
