Gianfredi is located in the countryside of Casarano, near Gallipoli,
and it the product of a wise restoration of an old rural house that in
the Salento is called pajara or furnieddhu. The holiday home is a one-room apartment with a vault with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Even outside there is an area of ??exclusive use, furnished with an
umbrella, table and chairs, for moments of relaxation after a nice swim
in the pool. There is no kitchenette.

Gianfredi, a beautiful rural house for holiday rental in the Gallipoli
area, is located in Casarano in the Manfio district, in the green
suburbs of olive trees and nature. It`s located in the heart of Salento
and the property has an ideal location to reach the sea, both on the
Ionian and Adriatic coast, both about 20 kilometers apart. The nearest beaches, for those who want to dive into the sea of ??Puglia, are those of the Baia Verde of Gallipoli. The town of Casarano is just 4 kilometers from the villa and there are all services.

for a holiday in Salento. If you are traveling with your friends and

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
