The house rises from the walls of what was once the famous Pensione Morgera and still maintains its floor plan with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with barbecue and a splendid terrace overlooking the sea.
The house is completed by a driveway, with private parking that can accommodate up to a maximum of two cars.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
