Casa Moretti is an apartment located in the heart of Casale Monferrato, overlooking an ancient and peaceful street. You can leave your car in the condominium parking , and reach all the points of interest in just a few minutes. With our self-check-in, you can access the apartment independently at any time after 5 pm. Our Smart TV comes with Netflix included, as well as traditional digital TV channels. There is a work station with a unlimited dedicated ultra-fast fiber WiFi connection (140MBPS) , desk, electrical outlets, air conditioning, and a complete set for coffee preparation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals independently. We are in the Ancient Gardens area, 2 minutes from Casa di Cura S. Anna, the central Via Roma, schools, the Municipality, and 5 minutes from the train station, bus station, Exhibition area, and the Antiques Market. We are not in the Limited Traffic Zone, so if you are traveling by car, you can park and unload your luggage right in front of the house. We provide 2 bicycles for free use.

Casa Moretti October 2024

This was an adequate place to stay. The parking was a bit more work than we envisioned from the listing, seldom was a space available in front of the building. The kitchen and provisions were as listed, but it would have been nice if there had been some basics like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so we didn't have to buy so much for just 9 nights. Other comments about the street noise are accurate. For such a small street, it is surprisingly busy outside the apartment. Overall, Casa Moretti met our needs.
