House ideally located, feet in the water on the sand beach Tiuccia (15 meters from the beach) completely renovated in 2008, beautiful views of the Gulf, large terrace of 32m2, quality bedding and new furniture, tastefully decorated , comfortable, quiet, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 4 ceramic fires, pyrolysis oven, microwave) .All bedrooms each have a bathroom or a shower room with WC, 2 ground floor rooms are independent (access to 1st floor via outside stairway) and each have a bathroom with toilet (sink, shower, WC) , baby equipment (bath, high chair, bed) .Very large supervised beaches (Liscia Liamone Sagone ...) near (5 minutes drive) with activities: diving, water skiing .... Horseback riding at the entrance to tiuccia, cellar visit of 'le Clos Alzeto' Sari-d'Orcino. Near the creeks of Piana (40 km), visit to the beautiful Scandola Reserve by boat from sagone (7 km), possibility to take the places at the bakery (100 meters from the villa) .Randonnée to Lake Creno the village of Soccia 40 km.

Clean, well equipted and a lovely view.

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. It was clean and well equipted. The view at the Golf of Sagano was amazing. The photos give the right view of the property, also the description. The owner provide good customer service. We were later than our appointment, but he was still waiting for us.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison. Vue exceptionnelle, proximité immédiate de la mer. Confort avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Positionnement idéal de la commune de Tiuccia pour profiter des activités nautiques de la plage de la Liscia (corsic adventure toujours au top), des facilités de Sagone (locations 2000,....) et des randonnées et riviÚres autour de Vico.

Le chemin le plus court vers le paradis

De l'accueil au cadre de vie, sans compter sur le paysage fantastique: tous les ingrédients ont été réunis afin de nous permettre de passer d'excellentes vacances! La maison est absolument fonctionnelle et adaptée aux besoins de chacun, l'espace salle de bains et wc individuels, le confort matériel sont trÚs appréciables, ne parlons pas de l'accÚs direct à la mer... Une bonne adresse

Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour à Tiuccia. L'accueil des propriétaires, la configuration de la maison ( de l'espace, de l'autonomie pour chaque couple, l'accÚs immédiat à la plage ), l'équipement, la propreté des lieux...tout nous a donné pleinement satisfaction. En outre Tiuccia est une commune tranquille, que le tourisme n'a pas dénaturée. Nous avons pu aller à Ajaccio, Vizzavona ou Piana sans accomplir des trajets trop longs. Une belle semaine!⁔

tres beau séjour à tiuccia

magnifique maison située idéalement pour faire des randonnées ou aller sur les plages nombreuses du golfe, la maison est trÚs bien équipée, il ne manque rien et les 4 salles de bain sont trÚs appréciables pour une famille de 8 personnes. l'accÚs à la plage se fait en 5 minutes et la vue sur le golfe , on ne s'en lasse pas, la terrasse est faite pour cela. L'accueil des propriétaires est parfait avec quelques produits locaux en cadeau d'arrivée. Notre séjour a été excellent .

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine magnifique dans cette villa. L’emplacement est magique avec l’accĂšs direct Ă  une plage Ă  l’eau cristalline, la maison est trĂšs confortable pour une grande famille avec salle de bain et toilettes pour chaque chambre, et tout le confort en cuisine, sur les terrasses.... partout!
