From the moment I walked into this beautiful hotel I was impressed. The decor is very opulent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. My room was gorgeous with hints of dark wood and gold accents. During my second day at this hotel a couple days later, I was in a suite which was also beautiful and comfortable. There is one issue, however, with the television as it did not work very well, and there was only one English speaking channel. After a day or so that channel no longer worked. I would advise management to maybe consider adding more channels for English speaking guests. The Staff, especially Minal, Fatima, Anas, Ahmad and Hussein were very helpful and always pleasant. The location was very walkable however it is on a very busy street. There are cafés and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious and I looked forward to it breakfast every single day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Casablanca.

Honestly, this is the best place for the money — a five-star experience in every possible way. I also really like the location. The room is extremely comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful bathrooms and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. The only area that needs improvement is the food and breakfast. They should work on that. I ordered room service and it was very mediocre, and I mentioned it to the front desk. The restaurant quality does not match the rest of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I walked into this lovely hotel, I was impressed. The lobby is absolutely beautifully decorated. Very opulent. Minal, the front desk receptionist was warm and welcoming. Anas, the bellman was kind and greeted us with a smile as he helped us with our luggage.The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. The breakfast buffet was by far the best breakfast buffet I’ve had at any hotel. It was plentiful and delicious. My room was beautifully decorated, and well appointed. I loved how the touches of gold complimented the dark wood. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.I did have a minor leak in the bathroom, but it was taken care of very quickly. The marble shower was a nice touch. I loved this hotel so much I decided to return for a few more nights. I promise you if you book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. The hotel is located on a very busy street in Casablanca but it’s very walkable and easy to navigate. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I love the location. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I’m in Casablanca. I absolutely love this hotel.

Ladies during the day at the front desk were outstanding. If you needed something such as a cockroach in your room at night you are out of luck...they said they would send someone and no one came. Hotel is very clean ( with the exception of our little friend who came to visit at night) Cleaning staff is exceptional, breakfast is very good!

The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with a cab driver attempting to overcharge us. They asked for the van number and told us they would contact the cab company. The room had a nespresso machine which was great. However, there were only 2 capsules, 4 would have been nice. The room had a kitchenette, the beds were large and comfortable and the shower was also very nice.

No hot water for an entire evening, TV did not work. Shower did not work overall, only the handheld portion worked so I managed to shower with that. I booked a king suite but the bed was at best queen size so I’m not sure why they call it King bed suite.
