Entering the buffet we were met by the manager who was kind and gracious. Then Said was delighted to share with us the traditional Moroccan breakfast of freshly made crepes with butter and honey, cheese and meat, and hot tea. The buffet had every kind of breakfast food imaginable. Bacar and Youssef were attentive and charming. It was a delightful dining experience.
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Nespresso coffee, kettle, mini bar, fridge, water. Comfortable bed. There’s pretty nice bar with live music on top floor. Beautiful lobby with live music at evenings as well.
I have been in Kenzi Tower hotel and I try the restaurant which in second floor I found excellent service and Good treatment specially Kamel , Nouredine and Fatima are friendly and smiley people also they are helpful. Thank you Kenzi Tower Hotel you have Kamel , Nouredine and Fatima
Very good location and good food with different types of cuisines. I really recommend their restaurants. I had been several times in Morocco and was having problems with food but this time, I am so satisfied with the varieties in breakfast buffet and for dinner .
Very good service especially Ms Maryem customer service relation manager. All staff are very kind and helpful. Thanks to service room girls to keep all my things well organized. I will keep coming to the same Hotel every time when I will come to Morocco.
Excellent, spacious and clean room , staff very professional and welcoming with smile, coffee serve high quality espresso coffee. Concierge very helpful and give me great advice in and around Casablanca.
The Kenzi Tower Hotel is centrally located but has a few flaws. The A/C wasn't working in the room, they sent two repair men 30 minutes later who promised that it was repaired. Unfortunately, the repair did not work. Another call to reception did not warrant a response. Most outlets in the room did not work either (including the kettle), I finally found one to charge my phone after unplugging a lamp. The breakfast is just ok, no milk/cream alternatives for lactose intolerant people or vegans. Service was slow and unattentive (no napkins on the table, no one came to serve tea or coffee). Check-in took extremely long, the receptionist disappeared with the passports in hand for a long time without explanation. Overall the hotel seems understaffed and is very crowded with tour groups. I would look for an alternative option when in Casablanca next time.
Staff in 2nd floor restaurant inattentive , rude and treated us with disrespect. Tables were not cleaned , no cutlery and we have to asked for our coffee three times before we were served when others that came later already served .
Hamza is a supervisor at the front office and luckily I checked/in with him. Very professional, welcoming and genuine. I had a wonderful room on the 26th flr overlooking the city and the ocean! I could have enough of the view. It was my wife and I first wedding anniversary, so I arranged for a huge bouquet and few stuff to be delivered to the room... Hamza was on top of that and made sure everything went smooth and my wife knew nothing just as I wished! He actually even sent up another bouquet to the room as a surprise!!! Last but not least they made up the whole room romantically and decorated with rose petals. WHAT A DELIGHT AND TRUE HOSPITALITY. My only wish is all Kenzi hotels were just as good :-(
For years, I loved the Kenzi restaurant on the 27th floor. But sadly things seem to be going the wrong way lately. I had dinner there tonight. They only had ONE waiter for the 5 occupied tables. The service was agonizingly slow. The bread took a while to arrive. Then the wait for a lousy glass of wine took even longer. I ordered the chicken for main course. The only course I actually ordered. And that took forever. I would forgive everything, if at least the wait was worth it. Nope. The dish was absolutely bland. Zero flavor. UnMoroccan for damn sure The waiter was nice and courteous. But what can he do?
