Very Central, neat, clean, secure hotel with all amenities needed and very well educated staff who are at your back and call. Only had breakfast, which had an excellent choice, so I cannot comment on the food apart from that. A very well stocked bar at the back of the lobby but the Sky Bar on the 28th floor is amazing. Thoroughly recommended.

Hotel has a beautiful view and located fairly conveniently in Casablanca. The Mosque/coast/old town are all 10 min cab ride away. The rooms were modern and I especially loved the bathroom with ceiling showers and a huge tub but unfortunately the bathroom had a hint of sewage smell the entire week we were there. The concierge was helpful but I am fairly certain they have "partner" restaurants to recommend, as multiple party from our group was recommended a new restaurant that was otherwise empty. I suggest doing your own research for restaurants instead of relying fully on the concierge for recommendations. I also had an instance where the concierge told me a booking had been made at the Rick's Cafe at my requested time but was contacted a day later that this was a mistake and I don't actually have a reservation. Breakfast spread is good, but don't get the room service. Overpriced and the quality is not great for what you pay. The hotel is overall great, but small mishaps here and there.

I had the pleasure of staying several times in this hotel last months, and enjoyed very much the attentive way staff handles its clients, it is like feeling at home. Rooms are clean, in good shape, spacious and well equipped, with toilet separate from the bathroom, which is always a good thing. Excellent beds. I am not specifically fond of the location of the hotel, you need a taxi to get to the restaurant area or the souk. There is a restaurant at the top floor with lacks a bit of atmosphere, but kitchen is excellent.

Very large hotel in the center of the city. Comfortable rooms, modern hotel. Top floor resturant and bar offered the most amazing birds eye view of the city. Service was professional, but definitely a large scale operation. They did accommodate our group with a continental breakfast at a crazy early time in the morning.

Kenzi Tower in Casablanca is one of the nicest hotels in Morocco. They have the SKY28 restaurant on the 28th floor with amazing view of the city, fabulous rooms and relaxing spa. But for me, the best was the staff and concierge service, they help me a lot with everything that I asked them. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel location is very convenient in casablanca , Food was really good and i congratulate the executive chef for his high attention and follow up for a request of fruit salad . Reception staff not that ideal , there was one gentleman and one lady who are good and the others obviously need guest service training . Rooms are nice . it took them ages to get me an adapter , however the engineering response for an issue in my bathroom was quick and efficient Shower experience is ok , except water getting out and had to use towels to wipe out the small lake . Rate is high , in terms of value for money i would say it is average.

Arrived 1 day early for a tour and chose to stay here. We arrived early but the checkin was smooth and only waited around 10 minutes for our room on the 21st floor. Our room was quite large and spacious and overlooking the city. Bathroom was clean and very large although the toilet oddly smelt like cigarette smoke. Beds were very comfy and internet access was excellent. The concierge was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to mark out some maps for us and looked out for our safety as we are 2 women travelling together. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was very expensive. We also had a nespresso machine in our room but no milk. I guess this is a cultural thing? Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best feature about the hotel is the Concierge desk. They are extremely helpful and speak very good English. The hotel is also centrally located. The staff are also generally quite pleasant. The rooms though spacious have a musky smell that is not very pleasant. The rooms also had a lot of trash behind the main table in the room. I noted this in two of the rooms we were occupying. We were traveling as a group on business and had wired money one week in advance. However, at the point of checking in they insisted that we had not paid. We provided confirmation from our bank for the payment and asked them to confirm with their bank. Three days later, they had not confirmed and it felt like we were starting the discussion all over again. I stayed there for 5 nights and on the 5th day, they had not yet confirmed. It took us a full morning (from 9a.m. to noon) clearing as we had to clear for all the rooms we had booked. The highlight of their inefficiency was when at around 11.30a.m. they sent someone to go check on the mini-bars in the rooms we were occupying. Why couldn't this be done earlier??? As a result we had to wait for a further 30 minutes. I honestly would not give this hotel a 5 star rating.

I stayed here unexpectedly having missed a flight out of Casablanca. The room was huge. Excellent gym and delicious breakfast. Casablanca is not a great tourist destination but the Kenzi is a great place to get out of the madness of Casablanca.

The facilities and decor of this hotel totally deserve their 5 stars. The hotel has an excellent bar and a first class service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice. The restaurant is excellent for dinner. I do recommend to stay in this 5 star hotel.
