The room is very neat, nice Beach Front with 24/7 security services, best hospitality wow the food was good not talking about the executive chef was amazing ,good and best customer service. Looking forward coming back soon!
Great stay, very good standard room. Very clean hotel, nice breakfast with lovely fruit selection. Only downside was that you ca only change currency during the day which is not ideal when on business trip. Great location in front of the sea.
this hotel is located by the beach the view is fabulous and it is well furnished the food is fantastic and the staff is so helpfull if you are on a short stay or want a quiet place in between casablance and rabat, so this is the place
We stayed here 5 days for business. We found it a little difficult communicating with front desk personel (in english). The room was clean, as was the gym, the breakfast area and pool area. Breakfast was ok for @ $12USD. The beach was really not fun - very dirty with trash everywhere. A little advice: do not ride the horses on the beach...we negotiated a price (about $2USD) and when it was over they demanded $20USD. Not a good experience at all. The hotel is walled off, both to the beach and to the street, with security guards. If we HAD to stay in that area of Casablanca again, would probably stay here. FYI: about 45 minutes to the airport.
I stayed at the Avanti for three weeks while on business in the area. The hotel is large and modern with many appropriate amenities including conference facilities, an adjoining nightclub, a well-equipped gym and a large outdoor swimming pool with a clean and spacious sun patio area (though obviously the weather prohibits its use in the winter months!). There is a bar and dining area either side of reception and ample space to sit and chat in relaxing seating or watching football on the integrated wall tv. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the beds are very confortable. The rooms at the front of the hotel can become very warm as the heat from the sun enters through the large balcony doors. The rooms at the rear are constantly in the shade but have a seaview for an extra 200 dirhams per night. The housekeeping staff are to be congraulated for the attention they pay to maintaining clean and comfortable rooms and for the excellent cleanliness of the public areas such as the stairs, passages and hallways. The glass shower door over the baths however are ill-fitting and considerable water unavoidably flows onto the bathroom floor. There were however a number of matters that suggest that the hotel could do better and the following points are not intended as criticism but as areas where management may want to consider for improvement. One simple matter was that the restaurant had run out of butter for two days and when I queried its non-availability one of the waiters replied with a curt "no butter" without a hint of any apology or explanation. It was not until I raised the matter with a manager that a bowl of butter suddenly appeared. The laundry service was unreliable. A quality shirt of mine was apparently delivered to a different room and was not able to be retrieved. This was the first time I have ever experienced such a loss. Admitedly, I received an apology and was provided this a lesser quality replacement item. Smoking is commonplace and there is a strong stench of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the hotel. Customers are allowed to smoke in the lobby area, the bar and the lounge areas. Although I accept that this would not impact on everyone, I personally felt often unable to frequent public areas of the hotel due to the excessive amount of cigarette smoke and the extreme stale smell. On one particular occasion I ordered a cappuccino from the bar during a meeting with a colleague but was informed that there was no coffee available because the machine was broken. Finally, the attitude of most of the hotel staff could be vastly improved. I am not saying that they were discourteous in any way, it's just that when you enter the lobby or restaurant the staff at better hotels offer a friendly greeting and a smile instead of a dour face and an apparent dismissive aire about them. The level of customer service left a lot to be desired. I did not feel particularly welcomed or valued. The exception to this are the friendly faces and the helpfulness of the housekeeping staff. Likewise, the restaurant manager, Amine Farhi was an exception to the common behaviour at this hotel. He always had a genuine smile and a welcoming greeting. He should be congratulated for his customer service and positive client relationship and is a credit to the hotel. Other staff should take the lead from his attitude and behaviour. I hope these comments will be considered as a whole and taken in the manner in which they are offered, in the hope that management will consider ways to make the hotel so much better.
Stayed several days in April 2017. The hotel is very clean and neat with a very nice beach of the North Atlantic at the back. The rooms are very clean. They have a small garden behind near the pool area and a very large portion of the beach. One has to walk out of the back yard through a small gate that is guarded 24/7 to let hotel guests go out to the beach (and I guess to keep non-guests out!). I found the food to be very well prepared and the variety wide. Only challenge I had at breakfast was the lack of spoons for cereals. For the three days I was there, we had to go hunting around for table spoons:-) That was not such a big handicap as one could get one by asking the staff. Hopefully they now put them out there near the cereals or on the tables. I would not hesitate to stay at Avanti again.
We stayed in the hotel for five days. It was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff who made our stay comfortable. We would like to thank housekeeping team specially Mrs Bouchra and her team who were taking care of our room and made it comfortable through our our stay. The SPA team are well trained and we enjoyed the treatment. We thank Nada, Meryem and others for taking care of our son Ismail. A very nice hotel located by the beach just north of Casablanca. The building is rela'tively new with a modern design, well lit/bright and open with an inviting lobby. The room decorated in light colours with a comfortable bed to sleep in. If you are in need to cool down drinks, a fridge is there for you to use. From the balcony I could see the beach and the ocean. A very peaceful place for relaxing and enjoying sunbathing and swimming. The Wi-fi is free and worked well in the lobby. I had problems in my room but others did not. It is a good choice if you choose to stay here.
Check-in handled in a professional manner. Large rooms with comfortable bed and oversized bathroom. Quiet. The breakfast was disappointing. Probably a very good option for the city. Could be even better with a better breakfast.
I recently spent two nights here. The room was spacious and clean. Employees were friendly and willing to help you. Facilities include a wonderful pool and nice views to the beach. Although the breakfast was rather "standard", the dinner buffet was particularly good and not too expensive (225 MAD), and included local dishes and excellent bread. The overall stay, in spite of the expensive price of the room, was satisfactory.
