Please note this listing is for unit 80 and 75, both are two bedrooms and furnishings may vary, please refer to pics. You will be assigned based on availability.

This is your vacation getaway. Best location in Casa Grande, this 1100 sq foot condo is steps away from the sparkling heated pool. 100 lush palm trees line the meticulously maintained property. Grill is included for patio BBQ. This is an upstairs condo, NO pets allowed. If you have pets, you must book in a tile floor pets allowed condo, no exceptions please. This is strictly enforced. The complex was built in the mid 80s and unit 80 has carpet flooring and the cabinets are original and painted. The appliances are functional but not high end. This is not a luxury accomodation and please don't expect such. We are available 24/7 and will do whatever possible to make your stay pleasant. Pool is heated year round to around 80 degrees.

The Space:
Pool is HEATED year round. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex. Dog park at the complex.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Don’t stay here.

We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property.

The unit has a great layout and was in good shape except it was very dirty.

We had to sweep and mop floors. Clean counter top, toaster oven and stove. The balcony, stairway and entrance had a very thick layer of dirt. No hangers or dressers to put folded clothes. No lamps in the bedrooms or sitting area. No coffee or end tables. No balcony chairs or table. They mentioned in the ad that the furniture was old but nothing about the lack of it. Got many emails and texts inquiring about our stay but never and return to our complaints. No on-site manager or help. This would be a great place if they would just put in a minimum of care. Pool and grounds were great.
