This is your vacation getaway. Best location in Casa Grande, this 1100 sq foot condo is steps away from the sparkling heated pool. 100 lush palm trees line the meticulously maintained property. Grill is included for patio BBQ. This is a downstairs condo. New 12" memory foam firm upgraded mattress in the master bedroom queen spring mattress in the guest. 42" flat screen smart TV for all your streaming ) and wifi internet is complimentary. The master bedroom couch pulls out from the bottom.



The Space:

Pool is HEATED year round. Antenna HD Cable, turn on the TV and watch the news or a movie on Netflix. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex. Dog park at the complex.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

2nd time at this property

I enjoyed my stay at this property for 12 days in #32. It was very clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. However, it did state that there was a dryer in the unit. I was there for 12 nights so really did need a dryer. I did contact the office right away. Although they were quick to respond initially, they never did address the problem or get back to me. The check in was simple, I felt very safe while there. Close to the grocery store and easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again.

We come for a short winter getaway and plan to return next year. Was a little disappointed that the pool closed half way through our stay with out alerting us of such planned renovations prior to our arrival

Extremely Disappointed

The property was listed as "upscale" but is an old tired property in need of upgrade. I should have asked how old is the property. The kitchen and bathrooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, and the furniture was uncomfortable. The TV is a streaming TV so if you don't have one at home with subscriptions, there's not much to watch. We expressed our unhappiness that first week with the owner of the complex. After a couple of messages, we never heard back. Given that the owner owns the entire complex, I would have expected a much faster response to issues such as hot water, a dirty BBQ, and a water leak from the unit above. We were told that the lack of hot water in that unit was an ongoing problem. We have stayed at 2 star motel that were better. We tried to be away from the complex as much as possible and while we booked for 5 weeks, but we eventually left a week early.

Great spot

Property owners here have done a good job in providing a great apartment that is more spacious and more cost-effective than hotel living. If you’re looking for a place in Casa Grande give this one a chance - it’s well worth it.

Great cute little condo

This was a great place to stay, love the view of the pool and safe location. We were here to check out the Barca Soccer Academy. If we come back to Casa Grande, I will be staying here again.

An average condo

Check in and check out were the easiest out of all the HomeAway properties I've stayed. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen had nice updates; however, "upscale" condo is a serious stretch. The bedroom carpet and bathrooms have seen much better days. The fees were a little high.

Weekend Stay

We rented the property when visiting our parents. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath was exactly as described. It was clean. Kitchen had the necessary dishes, glassware and utensils. The location was ideal. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to a primary road. Safeway was near-by and driving distance to other dining options and stores. It was a great value.
