Place was perfect for 4 adults all getting a bedroom to themselves. This was a perfect location as we were in for a guided hunt with the hunt locations close by.Cooked on patio two nights and was a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home

This is a darling home and comfortable to stay at. There were 6 of us and we stayed for 14 days. The hosts' has the house set up with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All we had to do is bring in some groceries and begin our stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Great people to deal with.

Perfect for family

House was very clean. The 4 bedrooms worked great for 2 sets of grandparents to visit our new grandchild. The only thing i would change is adding king sized beds.

Memorial Service

As a native of Carthage, it was nice to find a rental home within the village. The house was very nice, It could use additional seating in the living room and dressers in the non-primary bedrooms, but it was wonderful. The fenced yard in backyard was Nice for our dog. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Cozy and Perfect

My family and in-laws went up to see my brother-in-law, who recently moved up to the area with his family. Perfectly located with everything you would need for a great stay, I highly recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Best booking I've ever had on VRBO!

We rented this place as a get together for a dinner after getting my wedding dress in Watertown and it was the best decision we made all weekend! From the ease of location the amazing kitchen facility and how open every room was for us to play games and all hang out It was absolutely perfect! Mark and June made the entire place so accommodating for every single person that I had including the two infants and all the adults that were there! Highly recommend staying here especially with how fantastic the communication was between the hosts and myself! 10 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely perfect home

My family and I stayed at this location for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in the area. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The hosts were gracious, very communicative up front, and responsive. The house was immaculate, the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted with snacks and waters upon arrival which was a delight. The house is spacious and is equipped with everything you could need. There is a fenced in back yard and deck with plenty of chairs and a grill. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding very comfortable. There are two full bathrooms which is fantastic for a large family like ours. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this to anyone coming to Carthage! Thank you again Mark and June!

Perfect

This was a perfect location to use to be closer to my nephews sporting event. The location was as described and in perfect working order. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is plenty to do in the area. I would consider staying here again if available and I was in the area.

Everything you need

We stayed for a full week and we had everything we could possibly need. Mark and June have made sure their home is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need while away from home. The house is quite spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer there was a huge plus. Mark and June give you your privacy but are just a message away if you need anything. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe and it's not far from Watertown. If you're looking for a comfortable home to stay in that's spacious and has everything a home needs then this is the place to stay.

Holiday jaunt

Stayed here as overflow lodging since my sister’s place can no longer accommodate everyone. It was clean and comfortable. Owners were helpful and friendly. There is a village ordinance against parking on the street at night; there were no signs, but a neighbor was kind enough to remind us.

Great visit

Communication with host was great. Very friendly and helpful. The house was perfect for our family as we visited with our soldier. It was well stocked with all the necessities plus a few bonuses that other places we've stayed in didn't have. The kitchen was well socked with items so mom could make meals for her family. The neighborhood was nice and so quiet. A park for the young ones was just up the road. Overall was a great place and experience. Will be looking at again when we come to visit our soldier.

Cozy Farmhouse

Our family of 4 (5 including our dog) enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Red Farmhouse. The house was even better in person! Clean and well kept, it also had everything we needed for the 8 days we were there. Kitchen well stocked. Hosts extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Short drive to food options and walking trails along the Black River. Definitely recommend!
