This modern villa is located on the edge of Mar de Cristal with its own private pool and garden. The villa has 97 square metres, has a lovely roof terrace, outdoor dining and chill out sofas.

The villa is on one floor which make all areas easily accessible and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. The lounge is a large open living space with glass doors opening out onto the back garden and private pool where you can take a swim, eat out on the terrace or relax on a sunbed or sofa.
