Very beautiful comfortable villa on the edge of the Valbonne national forest, 5 km from PONT SAINT ESPRIT at the crossroads between GARD, ARDECHE and VAUCLUSE fenced and private land.
NIMES at 50 km, AVIGNON at 40 km. BOLLENE, exit from the A7, 10 km.
Swimming pool in the property, it is reserved only for tenants.
Perfectly shaded lawn with a table for 8 people to take meals even in hot weather. A covered terrace over the entire length of the house.

Ideale gezinswoning in een prachtige streek

Heel goede communicatie met de eigenaar, en hartelijke ontvangst ter plaatse door de plaatselijke vertegenwoordiger. Huis is voorzien voor alle nodige voorzieningen, een aangenaam en proper zwembad. Apart plonsbad voor kinderen is ook een echte meerwaarde. Op slechts een kwartier rijden van het begin van de Ardèche is dit een perfect huis in een schitterende omgeving.
